  • Living a Worry Free-Life

“An Online Ministry That’s Teaching and Inspiring People All Over The World With Informative Biblical Principles”
  • “Keeping a Strong and Clear Outlook”

    5 17 2020 Week 3 and 4 CHOF Bible Fellowship 's Keeping a Strong and Clear Outlook
All through Ephesians chapter 1, Paul is undoubtedly hit with the brilliance of our birthright in Christ. In our focal verse this morning, we see he prays that we’ll know the resources of its glory. According to Ephesians 1:14, some commentators perceive “His inheritance” as an orientation to believers, who are God’s inheritance or in distinct proprietorship. That interpretation weighs heavily on the value God places on us as believers, as demonstrated in Christ’s death, the forgiveness of our sins, and the abundant grace that He lavishes on us (*1.).

Others understand it by referencing it to the believer’s inheritance, which Paul calls “His inheritance” because God is its source. Just as “His calling” (Ephesians 1:18) issued from Him and was received by believers, so His inheritance issues from Him.
Beloved, both opinions are theologically sound, but the second view seems more reliable with Paul’s emphasis in verses 11 and 14. It doesn’t make a difference which view is favored, Paul’s point is strong and transparent: reclamation and its complementary blessings are so philosophical that we must have supernatural help to comprehend them. That’s why in Ephesians 1:18, he prayed for our insight.
Beloved, insight is vital because how you look at your spiritual possessions is the way you’ll take your spiritual prescriptions to live. If, for example, you comprehend “and appreciate” that you have every source for godly living (*2.), you’re less likely to surrender to enticement. Knowing God has given you His absolute best in Christ (*3.) guarantees you that He won’t hold back less essential things so that you won’t be so apprehensive about earthly requirements. Understanding that you have already received “grace upon grace – John 1:16″, abundant life – John 10:10”, and “everything about life and godliness” – 2 Pet. 1:3″ assures you that God’s forthcoming modification and resources will be more than necessary (*4).
Beloved, let this morning’s words inspire you to praise your prosperous and glorious God for His spiritual affluence and magnificent inheritance!!! Amen? Aaamen.
    Let Us Pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, this morning I want to say thank You for allowing me to be Your child. In Jesus’ Name, I Pray, Amen, and Aaamen.✝️❤️

  • CHOF Ministry’s “Probing For Spiritual Answers – Faith and Hope “

Probing For Spiritual Answers Faith and Hope
Q: Bishop Houston, all over the internet, I read and watch videos that talk about hope and faith as if they are the same. Are they the same, or is there a distinction between them?

Another great question. Thank you for asking. ✝️❤️😊

    Answer:
Beloved, there’s a difference between them. The disparity is that faith is Now. Hope is continually looking toward the future. And I have an explanation for saying that.

Romans 8:24-25 (AMP) says: (24) For in this hope we were saved [by faith]. But hope [the object of] which is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he already sees? (25) But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait eagerly for it with patience and composure.

Hope is desire. It’s the expectation (anticipation) that sustains our faith. Hope breathes life into our faith while we’re waiting for what we believe is on the way. Faith is continuously now. Hebrews 11:1 tells us this: “Now faith is the “Substance” (the material, the tangible) of things HOPED for….” Faith provides our hope substance. Mark 11:24 tells us faith says you receive when you pray.

Beloved, faith provides hope with a visual structure we can comprehend. Faith is in the soul (mind and emotions). Hope nourishes your faith until those things you believe are coming are pulled from the spiritual kingdom into the natural. Amen? Aaamen. ✝️❤️😊

  • “Following Brilliance”

    3 27 2020 Bishop Houston's Weekend Words Phil 1 10
You know, to me, the precise picture of how many people live today is they have no control don’t want guidance in their life, but they want to get there and get there fast!!!

Beloved, in a world of triviality, inconsistency, and anarchy, God calls you to brilliance and wisdom.

We as Christians are to be dissimilar “unique” because we have divine leadership and perpetual aspirations. Our lives are to be observed as positive confidence in God and pursuit of spiritual brilliance.

Now allow me to turn down the word “brilliance and inject the word excellence to correlate with this morning’s focal Bible verse. The term “Excellent” in Philippians 1:10 articulates questions, issues, and concepts that are sensible, consequential, and essential. Endorsing what’s excellent (brilliant) implies to examining things as one would test drive a beautiful automobile to determine its performance and significance. It extends beyond understanding good quality from evil intent. It differentiates superior quality and sound quality; it requires biblical philosophy, synergy, and centralizing your timetable and vitality on what matters. It requires developing spiritual self-control and not being manipulated by your emotions, impulses, attitudes, or positions.

You know many companies and enterprises have embraced the slogan, “Commitment to Excellence” to express their need to support their most exceptional product or service possible. If secular-minded people strive for a degree of accomplishment – how much more should Christians pursue brilliance “excellence” for the glory of God!!!

Beloved as we continue to practice social distancing and have this downtime now is a great time to explore where you’re at in your life. Is your life loaded with godly love, wisdom, and the quest for brilliance “excellence”— or has carnal frivolities crowded out those virtues? Amen? Aaamen. ✝️❤️😊

    Let Us Pray:
Dear Heavenly Father today, I come thanking You for removing the inconsistencies in me and restoring me with brilliance. I praise You Jehovah for being my Brilliant leader. Thank You for blessing me with active spiritual wisdom. I’ll continue to pursue the excellence for Your glory daily. In Jesus’s name, I pray, Amen and Aaamen. ✝️❤️

Have a Pleasant Friday and a Safe and Sound Weekend, Everyone. ✝️❤️😊
  • “Live Happy – Age Doesn’t Matter”

This Week Probing For Spiritual Answers Question Live Happy Age Doesn't Matter

    Praise The Lord Beloved!!! ✝️❤️😊

    This Morning’s Question is:
Bishop Houston, I want to revive my life. I want to be happier. What do
    you suggest?

Thank you for your question, it’s a great question. 😊

    Answer:
Beloved if you’re bored or just plain old exhausted of living the same old way, Jesus has the answer. Jesus didn’t liberate you so that you could be miserable, unhappy, sick, and tired of being sick and tired. He came so you could have “life, and – have it more abundantly” (*1).

I’m a late bloomer when it comes to enjoying a qualified quality life. But it wasn’t until I entirely turn my focus toward God that my abundance of joy came into fruition. Then the 2nd love of my life was introduced to me my First Lady, my wife, Donece. I’ve been celebrating the joy and the blessings of God for many years now. It doesn’t matter if you’re 19 or 90 you can start experiencing an abundant happier life also.

Here’s several spiritual help tips for you:

    1. Once you focus on God, stay focused so that you can continue to develop spiritually. You see, as a Christian, you shouldn’t just retain the faith you’ve established in the past. You must keep increasing in your relationship with God. It’s not spiritually healthy for you to get so engaged with the monotonous everyday activities of living that you get self-satisfied. Being complacent introduces boredom. You should instead, plunge deeper into your Bible. More profound biblical research grows the spirit. Join a Bible study group or start your own with people that view the same spiritual principles as you. I have a tremendous Spiritual Facebook Group “CHOF Ministry’s Spiritual Assembly Group; this is “Where Your Voice Counts.” We’re not a mega member group, but we do have over 4,000 members. You can share or listen. Mark 16:15 (AMP) says: And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” Romans 10:17 (AMP) says: So, faith comes from hearing [what is told], and what is heard comes by the [preaching of the] message concerning Christ. We’d love to have you join us!!! ✝️❤️😊

    2. You must pay attention to the Holy Spirit. Beloved, the Lord will communicate with you through your biblical studies. He’ll also talk to your spirit directly as you pray and listen. You must devote time to pray every day—not just talking, but also pay attention to what God has to say to you too. Obey whatever the Lord leads you to do. Believe me, if you’ll listen, the Holy Spirit will oversee you all through your day (*2).

    3. Something else that’s vital, you must extend yourself. As you discover and understand more about the Lord and His Word, you need to contribute to God’s goodness with others. As you grow you’ll find yourself looking for ways you can be a blessing to others. I do a lot of spiritual volunteer work, but you can delegate your time at a hospital, nursing home, food bank, animal shelter, or even children’s outreach. Most people who volunteer feel more attached and happier. If you pray every day, God will start to lead you to do things that will bless others.

    4. It would help if you learned how to speak life. In other words, you must pay attention to what you’re saying and how you’re addressing a situation. You can start by expressing terms of faith about your life, body, family, marriage, job, and finances. Replace speaking pessimistic and destructive words that tear yourself and others down, talk about the Word over everybody, and everything.

When a complicated or challenging situation occurs, don’t go back and forth with the grim particulars. Pray about it, find scriptures to stand on for it and declare Philippians 4:19: “My God shall supply all my need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” ✝️❤️😊

    5. It would help if you implemented forgiveness in your life. You see, as a believer, love is your grandest commandment. If you’re not walking in love, you’re in a dangerous place. If you’ve done anything unloving toward someone, do whatever the Lord shows you to do to make it right!!! Also forgive them for whatever they’ve done toward you or your situation!!! It doesn’t matter what they did!!! If you forgive them, you’ll be free of it. Beloved, let me tell you right here right now – “UNFORGIVENESS WILL KEEP YOU IN BONDAGE.”

Beloved, I know this was pretty lengthy, but God wants you to enjoy your life in Christ, and He’s allowed me to provide you with some helpful ways for you to begin doing just that—starting with the things I’ve outlined above. As soon as you put them into practice, your joy begins…no matter what your age. Amen? Aaamen. ✝️❤️😊

  • “Craving for Spiritual Nourishment”

    2 22 2020 week 3 and 4 Bishop Houston's Sunday Morning Church 1 Peter 2 2

Praise The Lord Everyone!!! Happy Sunday to you!!! ✝️❤️😊

Back in July 2019, a newborn was found wrapped in a T-shirt on the stoop of an apartment. The mother had left it there. The baby was close to death when someone heard its muffled cry and called medical help. The child lived, but not until it had received the care and nutrition it needed.
Beloved, that situation has a spiritual similarity, which Peter used to demonstrate the believer’s reliance on God’s Word. When a baby’s sustenance isn’t properly provided, it’ll quickly die. Comparably, if a Christian doesn’t consume the Word, he or she will deteriorate spiritually and become unproductive for the Lord. On the optimistic side, a believer should crave God’s Word as attentively as a newborn baby longs for its mother’s milk.

You’ll find Scriptures that parallel the parent/child allegory in other ways, referring to Christians as being born again (*1), children of God (*2), and adopted sons (*3). Just as it’s instinctive for biological children to grow and mature, Christians also have the capability for spiritual growth. In actuality, we’re instructed to “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” (*4).

Beloved the Word of God is the lifeblood of your spiritual diet. It’s your most important supplier of nourishment. Paul said, “As you . . . have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, having been firmly rooted and now being built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed” (*5). “YOUR FAITH” in that perspective describes the content of Christianity—the dogmas of Scripture. As your understanding and usage of biblical principles improve, you’ll become more and more prepared in truth and persistent in Christ. ✝️❤️😊

    Let Us Pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for supplying Your spiritual nutrients to me. I need it daily to survive. In Jesus’ Name, I pray Amen.

To God Be The Glory. Have a Blessed Sunday Everyone. ✝️❤️😊

  • Probing For Spiritual Answers”

This Week Probing For Spiritual Answers Question Is optimistic confessions
    Praise The Lord Beloved!!! ✝️❤️😊

    This Mornings Question is:
Bishop Houston, why do some people’s optimistic confessions have positive outcomes and other peoples don’t?

This is an awesome question and thank you for asking!!! 😊

    Answer:
Well, for one, you have to realize that words can be very influential and powerful. The Word of God doesn’t leave any room for skepticism about that. Now, there has been some confusion between believers about how we can put that energy to work in our lives.

For instance, some people have the impression that they can just jump up once and say, “I believe I’ll receive a million dollars today” and by some means become a millionaire by the end of the day. And that’s very irrational.

To establish the distinction between faith and idiocy where confession is concerned, we have to go straight to the Word of God. Mark 11:22-25 (AMP) says:  22 Jesus replied, “Have faith in God [constantly]. 23 I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea!’ and does not doubt in his heart [in God’s unlimited power], but believes that what he says is going to take place, it will be done for him [in accordance with God’s will]. 24 For this reason, I am telling you, whatever things you ask for in prayer [in accordance with God’s will], believe [with confident trust] that you have received them, and they will be given to you. 25 Whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him [drop the issue, let it go], so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions and wrongdoings [against Him and others].

Now, I want you to see several things about that passage of Scripture. It does say that you can have what you say. But it also defines some requirements you must meet:

*1. You must have faith in God.

*2. You must be willing to “say” something to your mountains (difficulties, desires, etc.)

*3. You can’t have any doubt.

*4. You must have confidence in your own words. You must believe in your mind that what you say will come to pass.

*5. You must believe you receive what you desire when you pray “Not When You See It Happen.”

*6. You must “speak” what you believe.

    *7. You Must Forgive Everyone.

Now I want you to also know that there’s much more to true Bible-based confession than simply “identifying it and asserting it.” To release the true power, your words must have faith behind them. We see that principle function in the negative all the time.

Allow me to give you an example: someone will say, “Well, we’re organizing our annual trip in 6 months. But I can tell you right now, there’ll be someone that will get on this list and back out at the last minute. They do it every time we plan this trip.”

Without a doubt, this is going to happen just as they said it would. Now He didn’t mean to use his influence of confession, but he did. He freed faith with those words – Not Faith In God, He was saying what he truly believed, and he received it just like he spoke it.

Beloved, you can’t get around it. It’s a spiritual law. To put that spiritual law to work “FOR” you instead of “AGAINST” you, you must cultivate a different kind of faith. You have to create your faith in the Word of God. You have to build that Word inside you by hearing it and hearing it. Romans 10:17 (AMP) says: So, faith comes from hearing [what is told], and what is heard comes by the [preaching of the] message concerning Christ.

So, when that Word becomes a part of you, it’ll begin to come out of your mouth. You’ll say it almost without thinking. Matthew 12:34 (NLT) tells us: “…For whatever is in your heart determines what you say.” That’s when your words become influential, strong, and effective. The key is they have to agree with God’s Word and come from your heart. That’s because those words encompass the authority of God Himself.

Beloved, the power of optimistic confession can’t be worked like a gimmick – publicity stunt. Have you seen the post that says: “Share this post with X number of friends including me and you’ll receive X amount of money?” 😊

Optimistic confessions are a lifestyle. You have to conscientiously seek God. Hebrews 11:6(NLT) says: “And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.”  You have to meditate in His Word day and night. Joshua 1:8 (NLT) says: “Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.” 😊 Once what He says, and what you say line up then you’ll see the power of His Words in your words!!! Your words will become very deep, profound.
Beloved, with complete faith and power, you can’t help but have what you say!!! Amen? Aaamen. ✝️❤️😊

  • “Probing For Spiritual Answers”

This Week Probing For Spiritual Answers Question has God predetermined.png
    Praise The Lord Beloved!!! ✝️❤️😊

    This Morning’s Question is:
Bishop Houston, has God predetermined who can and cannot be Christians?

    Answer:
This is a great question!!! 😊
Beloved, there’s been a lot of debate and questions about salvation alternatives, salvation accessibility and who can and cannot receive redemption, and if it’s only preserved for a particular group of selected people whom God has already chosen to be born again. These dialogues are generally described as the “predestination.” conversations. But the answer is simple and can be found in Acts 2:21: “Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.”

It’s God’s will for everyone to be rescued and removed from the danger of sin and it’s His desire that everyone get the spiritual knowledge to comprehend the truth. God seriously desires to fellowship with every person, and He wants everyone to mirror the same serious love and desire to fellowship with Him. God gave us the freedom to make our own decision to fellowship with Him. He did that because He wanted us to choose a relationship with Him on our own free will not because we’re forced.

Now, the Bible does speak of the intelligent foresight of God in reference to salvation. 2 Corinthians 5:18-20, Romans 5:9-10, and Colossians 1:20 describes to us that He sees ahead of time the need of a Savior to liberate mankind from sin. Through His intelligent foresight, God made provision for us to be put back into the right relationship with Him through the blood of Jesus.

Beloved, God’s compassion, assurances, and requirements, as well as the admonitions of reprimand, are universal to all mankind. No single individual is preferred, nominated, no paranormal event, or ordination to be saved or lost without the responsibility of his or her personal choice being considered.

God isn’t a respecter of persons. Peter tells us this in Acts 10:34-35 (AMP): *34 Opening his mouth, Peter said: “Most certainly I understand now that God is not one to show partiality [to people as though Gentiles were excluded from God’s blessing], *35 but in every nation, the person who fears God and does what is right [by seeking Him] is acceptable and welcomed by Him.”

God left the choice of men and women’s fate up to them. Joshua 24:15 (AMP) says to us: *15 “If it is unacceptable in your sight to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you live; but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

Beloved, God coordinates each of our lives to help us make the right choices, but at the end of the day, the choice is ours. Amen? Aaamen. ✝️❤️😊
