Beloved, do you really know who you are? Jesus Christ is our Liberator.
Now, I ask, do you really know who you are (through Christ Jesus)?

“Dress Yourself In Humility”

Praise the Lord Beloved. Happy Monday to you. 😀Beloved, you’ll find in 1 Peter 5:5 it says: “And be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. This is an awesome verse. 😀 The reason I find this verse to be so on point, is most believers don’t know anything about true humility. That right!!! Let me say it one more time: “Most Believers Don’t Know Anything About True Humility”. You see, if you tell them they’re the righteousness of God, they’ll fight to keep from believing it. You can give them scripture references to prove it, and they’ll still argue with you. They’ll say to you “Oh no, “I’m not righteous. I’m just an old sinner saved by grace.” Now, I realize that most people that say this is making a sincere attempt to be humble. But they’re sincerely wrong. They’re so afraid of being exalted by pride that they’ve let Satan trick them into falling right into it.Let me show you what I mean Beloved. According to 1 Peter 5:5-6, to be truly humble is to submit to God. That means when God says something, you believe it no matter how foreign to your “religious” thinking it may be!!! When He says you’ve been made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, you say that too. In fact Beloved, you shouldn’t want to say anything else because to do so would be challenging God and actually disagreeing with Him. And, when you get right down to it, that’s the ultimate form of pride – You Think?Beloved, don’t let Satan keep you back-stroking in the dust of false humility. Agree with God. Find out what His Word says about you, then be bold enough to say it yourself!!! 😀 Expel pride by submitting to His truth.Beloved, clothe yourself in true humility. I’m sure you’ll look great wearing it.Have a blessed Monday Everyone. 😀 -

“Keeping Conflict Out – ANGER”

Praise the Lord Beloved!!!
In Galatians 5:14–15 it says, “The entire law is summed up in a single command: Love your neighbor as yourself. If you keep on biting and devouring each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.”
You know Beloved, conflict can destroy relationships. It amazes me at how many Scriptures there are that address the subject of conflict. I found 43 scriptures, and that doesn’t even include other synonyms like discord and dissention. Beloved, conflict is a very serious issue that needs to be addressed.
The definition of conflict is — controversy, hatred, disagreement, competition, disapproval. These are things we all must deal with in our relationships, no matter who we are. And the good news is that we can learn to deal with them in a healthy godly way.
Beloved, if you’re struggling in a relationship, today is the day to change your outlook. It’s time to let God birth a vision in your heart. Ask God to help you and show you what you can do. Start believing God to come up higher in your relationships and become more aware of the causes of the conflict(s) that’s entertaining your life today.
Over the next several weeks I will blog on the elements that causes conflict and allow the Holy Spirit and the Bible to deliver to us the knowledge that will help us keep conflict out.
Now, the first major cause of conflict in relationships that I’ll address is “ANGER.”
Proverbs 29:22 says:
“An angry man stirs up dissension, and a hot-tempered one commits many sins.”Wow!!! Beloved, if we’re not alert, we can get into lots of trouble when we’re angry.
The fact is that we all get angry with people, but the Bible says that we can be angry and sin not. It’s what we do when we’re angry that makes all the difference. When you’re angry with a person, it’s better to keep your mouth closed, cool down and go to a neutral corner before you do or say something you’ll regret, or before you trigger a blown out of proportioned fight. How many times have we said something or done something in anger, and later, regretted it?Proverbs 29:11 says, “A foolish person gives full vent to his anger, but a wise man keeps himself under control.” Beloved, a foolish person depletes all his/her anger. Let me tell you Beloved, you’re not going to have many friends or loving family members if you do that. But a wise person holds back and thinks about his/her response. A wise person thinks about the feelings of the other person before they start throwing verbal or physical blows.
Conflicts can be resolved without a fight and without yelling and screaming at each other. Proverbs 15:1 says: that a soft answer turns away wrath. Beloved, you can have a strong healthy debate about something without being angry. It may be a heated debate, but at least you’re talking it out!!! So, the next time you’re angry with your wife, husband, boyfriend, girlfriend, family member, co-worker or child, be intelligent and sensible, stay calm, and think before you speak.
Amen? Amen!!!
Please come back next week as I continue our quest to gain the knowledge to “Keep Conflict Out”.

Black History Month

Praise the Lord Beloved!!! Another weekend. What a joyous day provided by God.!!!
As we settle in on the month of February’s foundation, let us acknowledge Black History Month in some form.
My dear ethnic brothers and sisters this month let us remember those that have paved the dirt roads so that we may walk or run down the solid pavement toward opportunities of hope. Let’s collectively celebrate the accomplishments by our black fore-fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters.
“Without remembrance our culture and heritage will fade.”
(Bishop, W. F. Houston, Jr., 2018)Carter G. Woodson said:
“If a race has no history, it has no worthwhile tradition, it becomes a negligible factor in the thought of the world, and it stands in danger of being exterminated. The American Indian left no continuous record. He did not appreciate the value of tradition; and where is he today? The Hebrew keenly appreciated the value of tradition, as is attested by the Bible itself. In spite of worldwide persecution, therefore, he is a great factor in our civilization.”Beloved, as we go into the weekend grab hold of the opportunity to honor a black countryman/woman no matter what country they’re from or live in.
It’s up to us to intensify and inspire the knowledge of our younger generation.
Have a Blessed Weekend Everyone. 😀
