  • “Words”

    12 09 2019 Proverbs 4 22 Words
Praise The Lord Beloved. Happy Monday to you. 😊

In this morning’s verse the word “they” is implying to the words of God, the Bible. The verses 20-21 says we should pay attention and respond to God’s words and that we should keep them in our hearts. In other words, the Word of God should be the core of who we are and what we desire to represent in life.

Beloved, do you remember the saying, sticks, and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me? 😊 Well, I don’t consider those words are correct; I know I’ve been hurt by other people’s words and I know I’ve hurt people with my words. I also know that the Gospel’s words hold the power to give life – eternal life. The words of the Gospel won’t hurt someone, but not saying them may. The words of the Gospel are undeniably life and healing. Verse 23 goes on to make it clear that life flows from our hearts.

Beloved, do you take care of your heart – How? Does this activate you to speak life into the world? We must protect our hearts because it houses the spiritual elements that facilitate and releases our characteristic desires. God has given you a great blessing through the power and use of your words, please use them wisely. Amen? Aaamen.
    ✝️❤️😊

Dear Heavenly Father, please protect our hearts so that we permit the Gospel to first give us life and healing so that we can then pass it on to others. This morning I pray that we take every thought captive and that we center them on You and the blessings You have given us. I pray that we’re able to discern quicker ways to share Your words that give life and healing. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen and Amen. ✝️

Beloved life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind may enter our earthly room and blow out our candle. So today, reach out and touch someone you love and tell them you love them, BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE – TOO LATE. I LOVE YOU ALL!!!

Have a blessed Monday and a terrific week!!! 😊

  • “Guard Your Heart”

11 5 2019 2019 Guard Your HeartBHMSS Biblical Passage for the day:
    Proverbs 4:23 (AMP)
Watch over your heart with all diligence, For from it flow the springs of life.

Praise the Lord Beloved. I hope your Tuesday has started with joy, peace, and love in your heart.

You know Beloved, I constantly contemplate, am I shielding my heart? This morning’s passage tells us to put the highest importance on our heart because this determines the course of our lives. We all know it’s true what we eat causes us to grow. If we eat junk and unhealthy foods, our health will show it. If we feed the heart with anger, pride, selfish ambitions, and lustful thoughts, guess what our actions and goals will be leaning us towards? So Beloved, before anything and above all else, keep a vigilant heart and surrender it to God. He looks on the heart and examines it. (1 Samuel 16:7 (AMP) says: But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look at his appearance or at the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”

Beloved, if you guard your heart at all times, you won’t be influenced toward immorality or participate in sin, and most of all your faith will be solid as a rock. Amen? Aaamen. ✝️❤️😊

    Let Us Pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, this morning we come humbly to submit ourselves and our hearts to You. Please cleanse our hearts from sin, pride, selfish ambitions and lust. Lord, provide us with resilient entrenched fortitude and persistence to keep a vigilant heart at all times. In Jesus’s Name, I pray, Amen and Amen.

Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind will be permitted to enter our room and blow out our earthly candle. So today, reach out and touch someone and tell them you love them, BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE TOO LATE. I LOVE YOU ALL!!!

    Have a tremendous Tuesday everyone.

  • “It’s Only Transitory”

    9 29 2019 week 2 Bishop Houston's Sunday Morning Church Post It's Only Transitory

In this world, every one of us has difficulties and troubling situations, but aren’t you happy that scripture promises that they’re only transitory? Our Sunday morning verse tells us they’re momentary – this too shall pass. Compared with eternity, our difficulties won’t last always!!! The second part of this verse tells us that when we stand strong in faith during times of hardship, we’re building that faith and attaining eternal glory. When you acknowledge your trust and reliance on God, you’re passing the exam!!!

Beloved, if you’re in the central part of tough times in your life, look to God. The Bible says that Jesus is the author and finisher of your faith. He’s the one who writes faith on the tablet of your mind and seal’s it on the walls of your emotions then matures it until it’s completed on the inside of you as you submit yourself to Him. The only requirements for you are to: SEEK HIM DAILY, FOLLOW HIS COMMANDS, OPEN YOUR HEART AND CHOOSE TO SPEAK HIS WORD which is alive, and dynamic. Remember, your troubling situations are only transitory, but His eternal glory dwarfs them all!!!

    Let Us Pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for working Your eternal glory in me. I cast every one of my cares on You, knowing that my difficulties and troubling situations are only transitory. Thank You for Your eternal blessing on my life today and always. In Jesus’ Name, I Pray, Amen and Aaamen.

Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind will be permitted to enter our room and blow out our earthly light. So today, reach out and touch someone and tell them you love them, BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE – TOO LATE.

I LOVE YOU ALL!!! – Have a “Blessed” Sunday, Everyone. 😀

  • “Strengthen Your Heart”

    9 10 2019 Bishop Houston’s Morning Spiritual Stimulation Joshua 11 19 20
Praise the Lord Beloved. 😀 Happy Tuesday to you.

Beloved, this morning I, want you to look closely at this morning’s verse where it says: “the Lord hardened their hearts.” Now, there may be some of you that may be asking: “Bishop Houston does God harden the hearts of people so that they sin?” And there maybe some of you asking: “Bishop Houston, why did God harden their hearts?” If you’re asking either one of these questions, they’re both great questions and I’m Glad You Asked. 😀

Let’s look at verse 19. It says, “Not a town made peace with the Israelites except the Hivites.” Beloved, this means God was hoping they would change and make peace with Israel, but they didn’t. Now, the word, “hardened” means “to strengthen.” God didn’t cause them to sin – they already sinned and chose to keep on sinning, so God strengthened their stand, not imposing on them to do what God wanted until they fell into God’s judgment.

This is a story that actually outlines to us that God won’t interfere with our free will if we select to sin. He wants us to choose freely to abandon sin and come to Him and make peace with Him.

Beloved, don’t you think it’s time to decide to make peace with God and ask for forgiveness? I have no doubt and you shouldn’t have a doubt that “He will” forgive you and cleanse you. Amen? Aaamen. 😀

Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind will be permitted to enter our room and blow out our earthly light. So today, reach out and touch someone and tell them you love them, BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE TOO LATE – I LOVE YOU ALL!!!

    Have a blessed Tuesday. 😀
  • “God’s Temperament in You”

Bishop Houston's Full Purple Shirt God’s Temperament in You
Beloved isn’t it electrifying to comprehend that you can hold the views and state of mind and the resolutions of God’s very own temperament in your heart? Isn’t it exciting to know the Creator of heaven and earth wants to be one spirit with you and communicate His feelings to your mind?

1st Corinthians 6:17 (*1.) says that when you were joined to the Lord you became one spirit with Him. He came into union with you so that He can talk to you “temperament to temperament”.

Beloved, God wants you to be synchronized with Him so that His views can become your activities. He wants you to walk so closely with Him that your power is never deficient when it comes to making the evil of this world speechless. He wants you to be so in tune with His Spirit that you’re able to feel His heart of compassion toward those around you who are hurting or bowed down with sickness and pain. And He also wants you to be strong in spirit when those that cast their unidentified “faceless” stones of ignorance and self-resolve your way. He wants to be one with you, so He can reach out through your hands and fulfill His purposes in the earth.

Beloved, it’s time to make a fresh commitment this Sunday to walk in union with your God. Give your attention to His Spirit in your inner man/woman. It’s time to make the decision to stop listening to what, who or how you’re getting your information – stop listening to the voices of the world or the flesh!!! If it’s not from God or a reliable godly resource, then sever the source. It’s time to start listing to His voice and allow the mind of Christ to flow through you!!!

    Sunday’s Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father Thank You for Your unconditional love.
Thank You for allowing us to receive Your temperament. It is an honor to walk and speak in the ways You desire us to. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen and Aaamen. 😀

  • “Heckled Instead of Welcomed”

Monday 7 1 2019 Let Us Pray Matthew 13 58Praise the Lord Beloved!!! Happy Tuesday. 😀

Beloved, after God has helped you turn your life around, how many of you have been discredited (humiliated) or not welcomed (not received) especially by your family members or hometown – the place you grew up. “I HAVE” – and to this day it’s still occurring. Well if you have, you’re in great company because it was no different for Jesus either. Jesus returned to Nazareth after preaching and performing miracles in neighboring towns. Nazareth was His hometown and people in the synagogue were surprised and stunned at His teaching. But instead of extending a warm welcome or receiving His message, they started discrediting (doubting) Jesus (*1).

Beloved, of all places Nazareth should have been one of the closest and dearest places to Jesus’ human heart, because this is where he grew up, where his family’s home was. It’s not written how many people needed healing, but Jesus “intentionally” withheld and reduced the “deeds of power” during His stay there because of their unbelief. Today, it’s not unusual to encounter cynics (hecklers), pessimists, or critics who plant seeds of doubt everywhere they go. So, stay on guard because if you haven’t yet, someday you may meet people who are knowledgeable about the Word just like the people in the synagogue but will discredit you as they did Jesus, His power, His death, and resurrection. Pray for God to strengthen your faith and remember that it puts us at a great disadvantage not to believe and trust in the Lord. Amen? – Aaamen. 😀

  • “Blessed and Loved”

    Tuesday 6 25 2019 Let Us Pray psalm 31 7 thru 8
Praise the Lord Beloved!!! 😀 Happy Tuesday.

You know Beloved, one of the most awesome things about following Christ is distinguishing and understanding that the Creator of the whole universe loves me and that His love is resilient. The proof of this is in Jesus, who gave up all the riches in Heaven and became poor, so through His deficiency, I might become rich. (*1)

But now the question is how far does that resilient love go? Well, the truth is God’s love for us isn’t provisional. God recognizes the condition of our heart. No matter how badly we don’t want to be evil, it’s in our very nature, and He still loves us. He gave His only Son so that you and I can obtain and live in relationship with Him. No matter how enormous the sins in our lives are, God’s love and grace exceeds them. Beloved this morning I want you to stay inspired and know you’re blessed and loved by Him. Amen? – Aaamen. 😀
