Sandals Resorts has announced that beginning October 15 for Sandals Montego Bay and November 15 for Sandals Royal Caribbean, all guests staying in Club and Butler room categories will receive gratis airport transfers to and from the resort. Upon touchdown in Montego Bay, Jamaica, guests can step into a luxury BMW transfer to either resort.
In addition to this new service, Club and Butler level guests benefit from additional services, such as private check-in at the Club Sandals Lounge and private orientation with a Club Sandals Concierge, tailored assistance with planning the vacation experience and booking reservations, and access to the 24-hour Club Sandals Lounge. On top of these services, Butler Elite guests can also enjoy personal butler service, which includes everything from a cell phone guests can use to reach their butler to personal poolside or beachside service.
This announcement comes on the heels of several new offerings from Sandals. Recently, Sandals Montego Bay unveiled a new look, including new room offerings, a new “living room” lobby area, new restaurants (such as Butch’s Steak and Seafood, a new Jerk Shack, Soy, a sushi restaurant and the over-water bar called Latitudes, equipped with cantilevered hammocks and underwater lighting).
