  • “God Has Your Plan Ready”

    4 3 2020 Bishop Houston's Weekend Words Psalm 37 23

When we confront challenging circumstances, we can mentally be alerted into wondering if we’re on the appropriate route for our lives. And yes, occasionally, we make poor choices that get us off track. But when your heart is following after God, when you’ve decided to be confident in your faith and put Him first in your life, you can be self-confident that you’re right where God has designed you to be!!!

You might say to yourself, “This couldn’t be right. This situation feels awkward, seems difficult, painful, or not sure. Somebody isn’t playing by the set of rules they gave me.” Beloved, God “WILL NOT” permit a challenging task to come into your life without His divine objective for it. It’s true, nothing in life occurs to us; it materializes for us. In other words, God uses those challenging and complicated things to develop us, reach us, and take us to another level.

As we continue to perform collective separation, let us all use this time to explore the way we think and act. If you find that you’re spiritually offbeat, off course, or unsteady, there’s no better time than the present to seek God and ask Him to arraign or rearrange your steps.

Beloved as we end this week and head into the weekend, stay in prayer, remain faithful, provide the right attitude, and let Him lead you into the excellent plan He has prepared for you!!! Amen? Aaamen. ✝️❤️😊

    Let Us Pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for arranging my steps. I’m ready to receive Your plan for my life. As I receive Your plan, I have confidence that You’re at work in my life when I don’t understand – even during this pandemic. Give me the spiritual, mental intensity, and courage to do what is right in Your sight. I’m so thankful. You’re in my life today and always. In Jesus’s name, I pray, Amen and Aaamen. ✝️❤️

Have a lovely Friday and a Protected and Sensible Weekend, Everyone. ✝️❤️😊
  • “God Already Has It Figured Out”

    12 6 2019 Bishop Houston's Weekend Words Romans 11 29.png
Beloved, it isn’t important where you’ve been; it isn’t important what you’ve done, this morning I want you to understand today, that your destiny transcends your missteps. When God created the plan for your life, it wasn’t contingent on you being picture-perfect, never making an error, or never going down the wrong path. No, God knew we would “ALL” misstep somewhere in life. But the great news is He knows how to get you back on track regardless of where you’re at in life. Our life is just like a map it has many routes. God has the greatest GPS ever invented. God’s GPS will help you reach your destination regardless of where you are. His GPS has detours, shortcuts, and by-passes that’s not known by carnal men and women. He has already established the complete route for your life.

So, if you’re feeling depressed because of a choice you’ve made, you feel you’ve destroyed your opportunity, if you feel like life has passed you by, been on the wrong track too long, I want you to know that nothing you’ve done, no mistake that you’ve made or ever will make come as a surprise to God. He’s already got it figured out. He’s planned a comeback for every setback!!! He has grace for every weakness. He has mercy for every malfunction. Beloved, as you head into this weekend, receive His plan today and move ahead with confidence into the destiny He has for you!!! Amen? Aaamen.

    Weekend Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for the resources and abilities You’ve given me. Thank You for keeping me on track and directing my steps. I repent today for any disobedience that has caused me to get off course. Keep me close to You always as I set my love for You. In Jesus’ Mighty Name, I pray, Amen and Amen.

I LOVE YOU ALL!!! Have a blessed Friday and a tremendous weekend Everyone. ✝️❤️😊
  • “God’s Plan Blesses You”

    Bishop W. F. Houston, Jr. Ministry logo2 Transparient2 Nativity

Praise the Lord Beloved!!! Welcome to Wednesday’s CHOF Bible Fellowship.

Our focal CHOF Bible Fellowship verse this morning comes from 2 Timothy 1:9 (NLT) and it reads:
    (9) For God saved us and called us to live a holy life. He did this, not because we deserved it, but because that was his plan from before the beginning of time – to show us his grace through Christ Jesus.

Beloved, if you’re talented, you may feel comfortable taking your talents into a nonspiritual or materialistic field. You see, talent, like justice, is visionless, it’ll seek all opportunities the same. But when you’re familiar with divine purpose, there are just some things that will not do because, they’ll defeat the purpose of God in your life!!! Being called according to purpose enables you to focus on the development of your talent as it relates to your purpose!!!

You see, whenever we bring our efforts into alignment with His purpose, we automatically are blessed. Our efforts must be tailored after the purpose of divine purpose. Everyone is already blessed. We often spend hours in prayer trying to convince God that He should bless what we’re trying to accomplish. Beloved, what we need to do is spend hours in prayer for God to disclose His resolution. When we do what God has ordain to be done we’re blessed because God’s plan is already blessed.

Beloved, God’s plan was designed with you in mind.

Have a Blessed Wednesday Everyone. 😀

  • “It’s Time to Plant”

    Bishop Houstons weekend word picture

Praise the Lord Beloved!!! Another weekend has arrived on our doorstep.
    Hallelujah!!!! 😀

One of the scriptures I read this morning came from 1 Peter 1:23 and it says: “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever.”

You know, speaking for myself and the worldly life I lived in the past, allows me to speak the Word of God without any conviction. You see, I’m a living proof a walking testimony when I say, you won’t really get excited about the Word of God until you realize that it’s more than just a collection of divinely inspired promises. It’s a living force that literally carries within it, the power to make those promises to become a reality in your life.

Now the question that stands at hand is: Is it tough for you to believe such a thing is possible? Well if you said yes, then I say to you Beloved, “IT SHOULDN’T BE.” You see, you see it happen in the natural world all the time.

Allow me to give you a quick example – If I were to put a watermelon seed in your hand and tell you that within that tiny, dry seed lies the power to produce a stalk thousands of times bigger than the seed, to produce leaves and roots and a round or oval shaped, green watermelon, you wouldn’t have any trouble believing that, would you? That’s because, you know from experience that even though that little seed doesn’t look like a watermelon factory, but, somehow, given the right environment, it will become one.

Beloved, Jesus says the Word of God works by that same principle. There’s miraculous power within it. It’s a seed that, once planted by faith in a human heart (mind and emotions), will produce more blessings than you can imagine. 😀

Beloved, once you grasp that, you’ll get extremely excited about the Word of God. That’s what happened to me. 😀

Over 20 years ago, I caught a glimpse of what that Word could do. I caught a glimpse of the power within it. Before long, I had a Bible in every room of my house, a Bible in my car, and a tape player or a Christian television program and gospel music playing nearly all the time.

I spent every possible moment in the Word of God because I wanted the power of that Word inside me more than I wanted anything else in the world. I knew it would blow the limits off my life. I’m speaking of limits that had held me back and kept me down for years. I knew that when I read it, I wasn’t just reading, I was planting seeds. Seeds of prosperity, seeds of health, seeds of protection and seeds of victory for every area of my life.

Beloved, this weekend, don’t treat the Word of God like a book. It’s not!!! It’s a spiritual seed that has the supernatural power within it to produce the harvest of a lifetime. This weekend, get excited about it and start planting now!!!! 😀

Have a blessed Weekend Everyone!!! 😀

  • “On One Accord”

    Breaking Bread with Bishop Houston

    CHOF Ministry’s Scripture for Today:
    Proverbs 16:9 (NKJV)
A man’s heart plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps.

    Praise the Lord Beloved!!! 😀
Let me start out by asking you a question.

Beloved, have you ever tried something, and got the great results you were looking for and then went out and tried to apply the same method for the same thing again and then get a different outcome?

Well, in the Bible, this happened to Moses also. You see, they needed water and God told Moses to go and hit the rock. Moses hit the rock and water poured out without any restrictions. Then, there was another time they needed some water again, and God told Moses, “Speak to the rock.” Do you know what Moses did? He went over and hit the rock. You see, Moses thought, “Hitting the rock worked the last time I’ll hit it again and it will work this time also.” Well, it didn’t. You see, God had another strategy.

Beloved, the point I’m trying to make here is, we have to stay ready in season and out of season so that we can make modifications to stay in tune with God’s blueprint. You can do the same thing the same way you did last time and get different results. It might not be something major, but just like Moses, maybe it’s just something small. Beloved, sometimes a small twist, or a little fine-tuning can make a major difference in the outcome.

So today my friends, make sure you aren’t doing things just because it’s the way you always did it before. Instead, listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit of God inside you. Follow His lead and stay on one accord with the awesome blueprint He has for you!!!

Have a Blessed Day Everyone!!! 😀
