  • “Keeping a Strong and Clear Outlook”

    5 17 2020 Week 3 and 4 CHOF Bible Fellowship 's Keeping a Strong and Clear Outlook
All through Ephesians chapter 1, Paul is undoubtedly hit with the brilliance of our birthright in Christ. In our focal verse this morning, we see he prays that we’ll know the resources of its glory. According to Ephesians 1:14, some commentators perceive “His inheritance” as an orientation to believers, who are God’s inheritance or in distinct proprietorship. That interpretation weighs heavily on the value God places on us as believers, as demonstrated in Christ’s death, the forgiveness of our sins, and the abundant grace that He lavishes on us (*1.).

Others understand it by referencing it to the believer’s inheritance, which Paul calls “His inheritance” because God is its source. Just as “His calling” (Ephesians 1:18) issued from Him and was received by believers, so His inheritance issues from Him.
Beloved, both opinions are theologically sound, but the second view seems more reliable with Paul’s emphasis in verses 11 and 14. It doesn’t make a difference which view is favored, Paul’s point is strong and transparent: reclamation and its complementary blessings are so philosophical that we must have supernatural help to comprehend them. That’s why in Ephesians 1:18, he prayed for our insight.
Beloved, insight is vital because how you look at your spiritual possessions is the way you’ll take your spiritual prescriptions to live. If, for example, you comprehend “and appreciate” that you have every source for godly living (*2.), you’re less likely to surrender to enticement. Knowing God has given you His absolute best in Christ (*3.) guarantees you that He won’t hold back less essential things so that you won’t be so apprehensive about earthly requirements. Understanding that you have already received “grace upon grace – John 1:16″, abundant life – John 10:10”, and “everything about life and godliness” – 2 Pet. 1:3″ assures you that God’s forthcoming modification and resources will be more than necessary (*4).
Beloved, let this morning’s words inspire you to praise your prosperous and glorious God for His spiritual affluence and magnificent inheritance!!! Amen? Aaamen.
    Let Us Pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, this morning I want to say thank You for allowing me to be Your child. In Jesus’ Name, I Pray, Amen, and Aaamen.✝️❤️
Beloved, most of our States are opening back up, but the Coronavirus, COVID – 19 is still Present. Let us all remember to continue to wash our hands, wear our mask to protect others from us and us from them while we’re out and stay in compliance with social distancing. ✝️❤️😊

  • “Connecting with His Objective”

    March 29 2020 week 3 and 4 Bishop Houston's Sunday Morning Church John 20 21
Praise The Lord Everybody!!! Happy Sunday to you!!! ✝️❤️😊

Arriving behind sealed doors, Jesus shows the disciples His wounds. But before He does, He articulates his words and voice to them to calm down their fears and give them a holy mandate. Two distinct times He says, “Peace be with you!” In the King James Bible, it reads, “Peace be unto you.” Now take a moment to allow those words to resonate in you. I need you to feel what Jesus is speaking.

Beloved, it’s not until we’ve calmed down and at peace, we’ll be sensible enough to line up to connect with His objectives – His intentions. When there’s fear and worry, we’re self-consumed and paralyzed. So, my questions for you as we continue to encounter the COVID-19 “WHERE ARE YOU TODAY? Are you behind any self-locked doors?”

Believe it or not, we live behind our personal sealed (protected) doors when we’re mesmerized by apprehension, regardless of what it is or where it is. Beloved, the reassuring words of Christ are never more essential than now for us!!! Listen To His words for you today, “Peace be with you!!! – Peace be unto you!!!” Just like the disciples, it may take listening to that more than once for it to sink in. So, listen to it again, “Peace be with you!!! – Peace be unto you!!!” Inhale It. Reflect on it right now. Stay here until you have the feeling of His peace “Tranquility,” circling your heart and soothing your spirit. Going forward without it will create only anxious, agitated activity and frantic confusion.

Beloved, when we’re feeling the peace of Christ in our lives, we’re prepared to line up and connect with His objectives – His intentions. Just think about it: the authorization of Jesus has already united us with Him. We must carry on His mission, in His approach, with His energy and requirement. Beloved, we must be dedicated to the Lord’s objective – intent. The enthusiasm to be on His team will only discover its way into your heart (mind and emotions) if you have His peace.

Beloved if it’s not present, THE TIME IS NOW to ask Him for it!!!
    ✝️❤️✝️❤️

To God Be The Glory. Have a Blessed Sunday Everyone.

  • “Expressing Thanks and Proclaiming Victory”

    2 2 2020 week 1 through 2 Bishop Houston's Sunday Morning Church 1 Peter 1 3 7
    Bishop, Houston’s Sunday Morning Word

Praise The Lord Everyone!!! Happy Sunday!!! ✝️❤️😊

I don’t watch many game shows on T. V. But there’s one that I like to watch from time to time. It’s called Let’s Make a Deal. I’m always interested to see the different costumes the contestants are wearing. The participants compete for the chance to choose a door that conceals a prize. Whoever wins, get a chance to decide to open door 1, 2, or 3. If they chose well, they could receive a dream vacation or a shiny new car. But if they make a bad choice, they could end up with a year’s supply of dog food or a broken-down boat. Most of the times the valuable prize they hoped for isn’t behind the door they’ve chosen.

During the early Christian days, Christians survived on specific hope in Christ Jesus. This really touched base with Peter, who was an admirer, supporter and close friend of Jesus. Beloved have you ever been dissociated by a family member(s) or someone that you felt was a close friend when certain situations occur or when they’re around pious – uppity people. Well, I have, and I’m still being ostracized by many especially by those that claim to be in the Christian faith – and to the bewilderment of many I’m not dead and I’m still pressing forward in the name of Jesus. ✝️❤️😊

In Mark 14:66–72 we find after realizing his fiasco by not sanding with Jesus, Peter shifted from the inner circle to the environs. That’s why three days later, the angel told the women at the empty tomb to go “tell his disciples AND Peter” that Jesus was alive (*1). I’m sure Peter was shocked when he heard that not only was Jesus alive, but He too was invited.

Now we can understand why Peter started his letter in 1 Peter 1:3 talking about his living hope in the living Jesus. For Peter, his life transformed that Sunday morning, and it has transformed for you and me, too. Peter desired the Christians in those days and us too, to understand we should praise the Lord because of Jesus’ authority over sin and death.

Beloved, 1 Peter 1:4 tells us that our inheritance in Christ Jesus is “kept in heaven,” and it’s so much more than a game show prize. You can now announce the confirmation that the only thing in the grave that was prepared for you is the neatly folded burial clothing that the despised, placed on you. Declare these words if you have victory this morning “The solemn that was planned for me has no entry point anymore!!! Jesus is my victory!!!”

Beloved, many of us have a reason to give God clear adoration for specific opportunities that have entered into our life. ✝️❤️😊

    Let Us Pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for raising Jesus from among the dead. It’s through the death burial and resurrection that I live today. This morning I proclaim boldly and loudly JESUS IS MY VICTORY!!!

In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen and Amen. ✝️❤️

Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind will enter our earthly room and blow out our candle. So, reach out and touch the ones that need your agape, dissolve the divisions among you, continue to encourage one another, be
united in the same mind, the same reasoning and continue to build one another up.

I LOVE YOU ALL!!! Have a fantastic Sunday. ✝️❤️😊

  • “Father Knows Best”

    10 7 2019 Matthew 6 26.png

Praise The Lord Beloved. Happy Monday. 😀

You know, our world has so many disruptions and disorders that can cause us to become apprehensive. This morning’s Bible verse tells us The Lord cares for the sparrows, but we’re worth more. We’re made in His image, and He has a confidential relationship with us. Matthew 10:30-31 says: “And even the hairs of your head are all counted. So, do not be afraid; you are of more value than many sparrows.” Beloved, your finances, your occupation, the institution or edifice you attend, and family are just a few of the things that can divert us and take a lot of our energy if we rely on our will instead of trusting in God’s will and plan. You see, what happens is we’ll become apprehensive and concerned, and before we even realize it, we’ve taken our visions back out of God’s hands because we think we can handle it better than Him.

Beloved, God understands you better than you understand yourself. He has the best plan and He knows the absolute best way to get you to where you need to be. Job 28:23 (NLT) says: “Only God understands the way to wisdom, and he alone knows where it lives…”
    Amen? Aaamen. 😀

    Let Us Pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, I pray that we all continue to remember the things You have faithfully done for us. You’re virtuous, You’re always keeping an eye on us, our struggles, our encounters, and our disruptions and disorders. Help us to see and understand that the things in this world are provisional and to remember the promise of eternal life You have for us. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen and Aaamen.

Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind will be permitted to enter our room and blow out our earthly light. So today, reach out and touch someone and tell them you love them, BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE TOO LATE –

I LOVE YOU ALL!!! – Have a blessed Monday and a great week everyone. 😀
  • “There’s New Hope Each Morning”

    Tuesday 8 13 2019 Let Us Pray Psalm 5 3

Praise the Lord Beloved!!! Happy Tuesday to you.

In the Bible, you’ll find David was termed a man after God’s own heart. He knew God and saw remarkable phenomena throughout his life. But I want you to notice what David did in this morning’s verse. David set the stage for his entire day by spending time with the Lord “during the morning”. It didn’t matter what was going on in his life, David had his priorities set. Even though he was mistreated by his family, manipulated, neglected, made fun of, hunted down by King Saul, and even made some major mistakes on his own, David realized that there’s a promise for new hope each morning.

Beloved, just like David, if you’ll make spending time with God a priority, you’ll see Him move tremendously on your behalf. Make it a routine to seek Him first every single day no matter what’s happening in your life. Set the stage for your day and set your path for victory!!! Amen? 😀 Aaamen. 😀

Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind will be permitted to enter our room and blow out our earthly light. So today, reach out and touch someone and tell them you love them, BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE TOO LATE.

I LOVE YOU ALL!!! Have a Great Tuesday.

  • “LOADING OUR BEST RESOURCES IN HEAVEN”

Bishop Houston's Full Purple Shirt “LOADING OUR BEST RESOURCES IN HEAVEN”
    Focal Scripture: Matthew 6:19-24

Praise the Lord Beloved. Happy Sunday. Let us all be thankful for this day.

This Morning’s Focal Bible Scripture is Matthew 6:19-24

Beloved, we should all be carefully loading our best resources in heaven. We shouldn’t be apprehensive about our physical needs, because they’re only temporal. Instead, we should pursue eternal things. Temporal things don’t last and can decay or pilfered here on earth. On the other hand, eternal things endure and will never be at risk from thieves or deterioration (*1).

While the “heart” characterizes the whole person, the “eyes” signify our ability to distinguish truth (*2). So, if our spiritual eyes are healthy, we’ll be able to see reality and follow the correct path. If not, we’ll be morally and spiritually blind, incapable to see which resources are worth valuing and following.

Beloved, what we value exposes who we are and leads to what we do (*3). And since we can only serve one master, it’s prudent to select God over monetary things. (*4). You see, the idea of “loading our best” resources in heaven shows that following God and valuing His kingdom is a series of choices that build conduct and charisma. Paul compared it to a construction project (*5). Some people use wood, hay, and straw as their building materials, others use gold, silver, and jewels.

Beloved, when the fire of judgment strikes, it will be very clear which one will endure. Amen? – Aaamen. 😀

    Let Us Pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, once again I thank You for Your valuable Word. Help us to carefully load our best resources in heaven and take our eyes off of the things that are temporal.

In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen and Aaamen.

Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind will be permitted to enter our room and blow out our earthly light. So today, reach out and touch someone and tell them you love them,
BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE – TOO LATE.

  • “Circumventing Spiritual Misconception”

    Wednesday 7 3 19 2019 Let Us Pray James 1 22

In Matthew 7 verses 21-23 you’ll find it chronicles the sad results of spiritual misconception. Jesus says: “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven; but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.’”

Beloved, Jesus made a strong pulsating dissimilarity between those who just claim to be Christians and those who actually are. The difference is, true believers do the will of the Father. In the words of James, they’re doers of the Word, not just hearers who deceive themselves. “Hearers” in James 1:22 translates a Greek word that speaks of auditing a class. Auditing students go to class and listen to the instructor but don’t do any work. So, they don’t receive credit for the course. The phrase “delude themselves” speaks of being persecuted by one’s own defective reasoning. People who listen to God’s Word but never obey it are spiritual auditors who delude themselves by thinking that hearing the Word is all God requires of them. Unfortunately, many churches and ministries are full of these people. They attend services and hear the sermons, but their lives never seem to change. They’re content to hear the Word but they never apply it. Like those whom Jesus condemned in Matthew 7, they’ve chosen “religious” activities over true faith in Christ.

You’re in a sad situation to think you’re saved, only to hear. Matthew 7:23 (AMP) says: And then I will declare to them publicly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me [you are banished from My presence], you who act wickedly [disregarding My commands].

Beloved, that will never happen if you’re a doer of the Word.
    Amen? – Aaamen. 😀

Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind will be permitted to enter our room and blow out our earthly light. So today, reach out and touch someone and tell them you love them, BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE – TOO LATE.

Beloved, once again, I thank God for you. You all are truly my inspiration. 😀

I LOVE YOU ALL!!! Have an “Awesome” Wednesday.
  • “Blessed and Loved”

    Tuesday 6 25 2019 Let Us Pray psalm 31 7 thru 8
Praise the Lord Beloved!!! 😀 Happy Tuesday.

You know Beloved, one of the most awesome things about following Christ is distinguishing and understanding that the Creator of the whole universe loves me and that His love is resilient. The proof of this is in Jesus, who gave up all the riches in Heaven and became poor, so through His deficiency, I might become rich. (*1)

But now the question is how far does that resilient love go? Well, the truth is God’s love for us isn’t provisional. God recognizes the condition of our heart. No matter how badly we don’t want to be evil, it’s in our very nature, and He still loves us. He gave His only Son so that you and I can obtain and live in relationship with Him. No matter how enormous the sins in our lives are, God’s love and grace exceeds them. Beloved this morning I want you to stay inspired and know you’re blessed and loved by Him. Amen? – Aaamen. 😀

It’s an honor to distribute Bishop Houston’s Spiritual Stimulation to you each morning. I truly appreciate all the inspiration I get from you – Thank you. 😀

  • “You Got The Power!!!”

    Tuesday 21 2019 Let Us Pray Bible Verse 2 Timothy 1 7

Good Morning and Happy Tuesday!!! 😀

You know Beloved, there are many things that initiate a person into doing something. A lot of aspects are entrenched in our choices. It may be motivated by pressure, desire, impulse, conviction, faith or fear. There are times when I get so occupied with the severities and pressures of life that from a human viewpoint I’ll decide “it’s petty or it’s simply unbearable.” Then the doubts start to set in which leads to magnifying the problem instead of the possible solutions. Beloved, fear is intangible but a real thing which shouldn’t be ignored. When it goes unchecked, it becomes dangerous in one’s mind. Proverbs 9:10 tells us that the only fear we as Believers should entertain is the fear of the Lord. The problem is sometimes we fear men/women more than God. We listen and believe more the words of men/women rather than His Word. The apostles were courageous because they obeyed and listened to God. Acts 4:19 (AMP) says: But Peter and John replied to them, “Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you and obey you rather than God, you must judge [for yourselves].

So Beloved, go all-out for a confident understanding with God, get close to God and experience real power!!! Amen? Aaamen. 😀

Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind will be permitted to enter our room and blow out our earthly light. So today, reach out and touch someone and tell them you love them – BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE – TOO LATE.

  • “Early in The Morning”

    Monday 5 20 2019 Let Us Pray Bible Verse Mark 1 25

Praise the Lord Beloved. 😀 Happy Monday to you all.

We know from the Gospel that Jesus prayed early in the morning, often in a quiet and isolated place. I’m a firm believer that early mornings are the perfect time for prayer. I like to get up early in the morning while everything is still quiet. To me the world’s expression looks so nonviolent and blameless at that time, like sin never came into it, like there’s no evil. My mind and emotions are tranquil and unobstructed by the disorder of daily life. It’s in those times, I feel very close to the Lord. When I “Early in The Morning” the fresh morning air, praising His Holy Name and thanking Him for all that He’s given me, both good and bad, I feel so stress-free and protected. It’s my moment, my moment of peace and quiet, my moment of communion. It’s God who gives me the strength to cope with the problems of that day. I feel renewed by His Spirit and encouraged by His Word. I encourage everyone to try this. Beloved, before you begin the day, spend some time with Him in prayer, feel the harmony of His Spirit and the liberation of His presence. You’ll be amazed. 😀 Amen – Aaamen. 😀

    I LOVE YOU ALL!!!
Have a blessed Monday Everyone. 😀
