“The Appropriate Attitude Towards God’s Word”
Praise the Lord Beloved. What a beautiful Sunday. I thank God for allowing us another opportunity to collectively serve Him. 😀This Morning’s Focal Bible Scripture is James 1:19.Through the years I’ve heard many, many times that either God’s Word will keep you from sinning or sinning will keep you from God’s Word. Well, apparently some of James’s readers were allowing sin to keep them from receiving the Word as they should. You see, God was allowing them to experience various trials so their joy and spiritual endurance would increase, but the problem was they didn’t have wisdom and were lured into temptation and sin. James called them back to the Word and to a godly viewpoint on their environment and condition.This morning’s verse begins with the phrase “This you know,” which refers back to verse 18. They had experienced the power of the Word in salvation, now James wants them to allow it to bless them. But, for that to happen, they would have to be obedient to verse 19, quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to wrath. Beloved, being quick to hear means you don’t disregard or fight against God’s Word. Instead, when issues or difficult decisions come your way, you ask God for wisdom and receive the counsel of His Word with a willingness to obey it. You’re not like the disciples on the road to Emmaus, whom Jesus described as “foolish men and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken.” (*1)You should be quick to hear the Word because it offers sustenance for your spiritual life and is your defense against all spiritual challengers. It’s the means by which you’re supported and armed for every good work. (*2). It transports you from issues and enticements and engrosses you in unity with the living God. The Word should be your most welcome friend!!!Beloved, be quick to hear, chasing every opportunity to learn God’s truth. Let the testimony of the psalmist be yours: “O how I love Thy law! It is my meditation all the day. . .. I have restrained my feet from every evil way, that I may keep Thy word. . .. How sweet are Thy words to my taste! Yes, sweeter than honey to my mouth!” (*3)Beloved, being quick to hear involves a appropriate attitude towardGod’s Word. Amen? – Aaamen. 😀Let Us Pray:Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your valuable Word and for the amazing transforming work it accomplishes in us.In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen and Aaamen.Beloved, life is very short. What a great day to bring joy to the Lord.You know Beloved, faith, repentance, prayer, and righteous living are the building blocks that grant us the privilege to stand firmly on the foundation of God’s joy. When we establish these essential elements God is happy, and when God is happy, we have the privilege to stand firmly on the foundation of His joy. These are the vital building blocks that bring God joy.So this weekend, stay motivated by trying to find ways that will bring God joy. And remember the God of this universe enjoys watching you stand on His firm foundation of joy.Have blessed weekend Everyone. -
“Joy Is Always In Attendance”
Praise the Lord Beloved. Happy Monday to you all. I hope all is well and I hope your holiday shopping has been a joy.You know Beloved, God promises that joy is found in His presence, and if you’ve acknowledged Jesus as your Lord and Savior, then His presence lives inside of you. That means you’re full of joy!!! Joy displays when you’re focused on the Father and begin to admire and pay tribute to Him for what He’s done in your life. It doesn’t matter where you are or what’s going on around you, you can access the joy that’s inside of you at “ANY TIME”, day or night.
Beloved, right now wouldn’t be a bad time to set your mind on Jesus. God always wants you to experience His supernatural joy and peace. That’s why He chose to live inside of you and give you an endless supply of “Whatever”. Don’t waste another minute feeling overburdened, abused, misused, and refused. Let the joy of the Lord be your strength, and you’ll move forward in victory on the path of life He’s prepared just for you!!!

“You Regulate Your Joy”
Praise the Lord Beloved!!!Happy Monday to you all. 😀You know Beloved, joy isn’t the belief that we don’t need to change. It’s comprehending that we can.Through the last 25 years of my life, I’ve done some self-examination and gone through a lot of tough prosecutions. So much, that I’ve formed what I call the Seven Values that predict achievement and victory: *The Joy Benefit, *The Support and the Control Platform, *The Matching the Puzzle Result, *The Wide-Awake Fall, *The Hidden Vigilante Loop, *The 20-Second Statute and *Public Advantage Area. Now, these values may sound strange, but they’re a set of tools that anyone, no matter their profession or calling, can use to achieve more every day. They don’t work only in a business setting. They can help you overcome impediments, reverse immoral behaviors, become more resourceful and industrious, make the most of opportunities and overcome your most ambitious goals. In essence, they’re seven techniques you can use to achieve more every day.Here’s what they won’t do. They won’t tell you to put on a happy face or “fake it till you make”, use optimistic thinking to wish away your problems, or worse, make-believe your problems don’t exist.Now allow me to say this right here, I’m not here to tell you that everything always comes up roses. If there’s anything my self-examination has taught me, it’s that this view is deceived. I once heard a managing director at a financial institution complain: “It’s 3 p.m., and 7 times today I’ve heard that, ‘The company has turned the corner.’ If we’ve turned the corner seven times, I don’t know where we are.”Beloved, these ideologies start at a different place. They ask us to be realistic about the present while maximizing our potential for the future. “Generate Joy If You Can Discover It”
Praise the Lord. Happy Monday to you.Apprehension. Arrogance. Monotony. Idleness. Overthinking. Crying. Feeling sorry, guilty, as if you’re not good enough. Hurting others with the truth or comforting them with a lie. Listening to a reply or trying to understand.
Beloved, life becomes increasingly complicated. But really, it’s not. It’s actually dang simple. It’s hard, but simple.
I believe there’s something that keeps everything in place so to speak. The Universe. Yes, it’s a work of art.
In the world of men and women, what keeps everything in place is love.
That’s because love is the only force on Earth that takes as many forms as fear does. Overthinking is a special form of fear. So is anxiety. Or shyness. Hope is a special form of love. You can feel it, don’t you? Even when nothing makes sense, even when your brain tells you to give up, there’s something inside you fighting to keep on going. Fighting because one day it will all make sense.
One day you will understand.
In life, we’re taught one lesson. How to love. Ourselves. One another. The world. What we do. What we have. What happened.
Compassion is a different form of love. So is patience. Or courage. This world will break you until you understand this one lesson. If you don’t love yourself, you’ll always be chasing after people who don’t love you either. If you don’t see magic and beauty in yourself, you won’t see it anywhere else.
You see what you are. You are what you love. You’re what you choose to be.
Beloved, in life it’s not so important what you are, what your qualities are, but what you see. What you’re looking at changes according to how you feel inside.
The world is but a mirror, showing us our soul. It’s also not important what you do, but why you do it.
Being kind to others because you want to be perceived as kind or because it’s expected of you or you will ultimately made to feel unwelcomed, an outsider or like a fraud. You’ll always be afraid that people will expose you I’m speaking of your weakness to love and be loyal. But be kind because that’s the right thing to do, even if no one’s ever going to repay you or even show you gratitude… And there’s a very good chance no one will ever even notice… Treat others not according to who they are or how they treat you. Treat others as a reflection of your character. Be who you want to be, not what others want you to be. Know that happiness is not a destination, but a way of travel.
And understand deeply that love is capable of conquering all. Sooner or later.

“The Joy of Christmas Is Jesus”
Praise the Lord Beloved!!! 😀I hope you had a great weekend and super Sunday. 😀
Beloved, as you know Christmas is just seven days away, and just about everywhere I went over the weekend joy was in the air. I saw many children laughing and playing in the stores and on their best behavior at restaurants.
Luke 2:10 says: “I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.” But you know, joy was not in the equation for Adam and Eve after they disobeyed God. God expelled them from their garden home to prevent something worse from happening. You see, if they had eaten from the tree of life after eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, they would have lived forever in their misery.
Life outside the garden was not easy for Adam and Eve. They had to work hard for their food. The reality of death was everywhere, has animals preyed on one another. Even worse, the couple’s firstborn son murdered his younger brother. What could be worse? Beloved, sin had penetrated their lives, and the couple couldn’t stop the death of joy.
But, God had a plan to reincarnate joy. Sure, joy was lost in the Garden when death came, but joy returned through birth and I’m talking about the birth of God’s very own Son. Luke 2:10 say: “I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people”.
Beloved, Jesus grew up to heal the sick, give sight to the blind, and raise the dead. But this was just a taste of things to come. God entered our world, experienced our sorrow, and conquered death, giving us hope that He will keep His promise to end pain, and eliminate sorrow and death.
No wonder Christmas is the season of joy!!!
