“Connecting Hope to God”
I’ve found that even when faith weakens, hope comes to liberate. It’s that long cord that keeps us connected to the sovereignty and power of God. In 1 Peter 1:3 the apostle Peter wrote to believers who were experiencing severe trials. To encourage them, he began, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.”Beloved, our hope is a living hope because our God is a living God. NO MATTER how depressing your situation might seem, God is at work to complete His purposes. As Christ hung on that old rough cross, it seemed as if sin had finally prevailed over righteousness. But sin’s best hour became its death ring when Christ arose from the grave as Lord of life and Redeemer of His people. Romans 8:11 says: Now “He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal [body] through His Spirit who indwells you.” Trials and death have no power over you Beloved. They bring you closer to Christ. When you’re ministering to others, hope gives you confidence that as long as there’s life, human failure is never final. God refused to accept Israel’s failures, Jesus refused to accept Peter’s, and Paul refused to accept that of the Corinthians. When your attempts to cover the sins of others have failed, or it has destroyed your righteous expectations, hope says, “DON’T GIVE UP!!! God can still work this out for good.”Hope is demonstrated in the true story of a dog thrown out at the airport of a large city. He stayed there for over five years, waiting for his master to return. People at the airport fed and cared for him, but he refused to leave the spot where he last saw his master. Beloved, if a dog’s love for his master can produce that kind of hope, how much more should your love for God produce enduring hope?Let Us Pray:Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for Your sovereignty and power, and for the hope that’s Yours in Christ. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen and Aaamen.Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind may enter our room and blow out our earthly light. So today, reach out and touch someone and tell them you love them, BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE – TOO LATE. I LOVE YOU ALL!!!Have a wonderful Sunday. 😀 -
“There’s New Hope Each Morning”

Praise the Lord Beloved!!! Happy Tuesday to you.
In the Bible, you’ll find David was termed a man after God’s own heart. He knew God and saw remarkable phenomena throughout his life. But I want you to notice what David did in this morning’s verse. David set the stage for his entire day by spending time with the Lord “during the morning”. It didn’t matter what was going on in his life, David had his priorities set. Even though he was mistreated by his family, manipulated, neglected, made fun of, hunted down by King Saul, and even made some major mistakes on his own, David realized that there’s a promise for new hope each morning.
Beloved, just like David, if you’ll make spending time with God a priority, you’ll see Him move tremendously on your behalf. Make it a routine to seek Him first every single day no matter what’s happening in your life. Set the stage for your day and set your path for victory!!! Amen? 😀 Aaamen. 😀
Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind will be permitted to enter our room and blow out our earthly light. So today, reach out and touch someone and tell them you love them, BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE TOO LATE.
I LOVE YOU ALL!!! Have a Great Tuesday.

“To Know Him Is to Love Him”

Beloved, do you think God loves you? You know as a Christian, you can mentally understand God’s love for you without actually sensing it. In fact, the opposite can be true as well – you may say you love God, but in actuality in the back of your mind your feelings for Him are partial. There are an assortment of motives or explanations that a Christian might not feel love from God or affection for Him, some of which stem from an experience during childhood. Maybe love was missing in the home, or maybe it just wasn’t articulated verbally or established in practical ways. A person’s disposition could also be part of the equation – some people are naturally easier to talk to while others are more reserved in their reactions or interactions.Even though the inconsistency between knowledge and experience can be difficult, there’s hope. Sitting back and thinking on all the ways God has established His love for you, and asking Him to help you see it, will give you the opportunity to start the movement of truth from your head to your heart. You must remember that love is God’s very nature (*1), it’s not something you train or condition yourself to perform. If you’ve been adopted into His family through faith in His Son, God has chosen to profligate kindness on you in Christ. Trusting and accepting that you’re loved by God will in turn affect your emotional state for Him.Beloved, obligate yourself to knowing Him more intimately and truthfully through His Word, and your love for Him will begin to grow. As you spend time with Him in Scripture and prayer, you’ll discover that the saying “to know Him is to love Him” is unquestionably true of God.Sunday’s Prayer:Dear Heavenly Father, we truly want to apply all of our desire and love for You. Help us to see and understand the thing that are missing so that we may correct them. We want to know You and love You without any doubt – regardless of the storms we may encounter. In Jesus’ Name I pray, Amen and Aaamen. 😀Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind will be permitted to enter our room and blow out our earthly light. So today, reach out and touch someone and tell them you love them,BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE – TOO LATE.I LOVE YOU ALL!!! – Have an Astounding Sunday Everyone.CHOF Ministry’s Cross Reference Scriptures:*1. 1 John 4:8 -
“God Gives Us a Future with Hope”
CHOF Ministry’s Expression for Today
Jeremiah 29:11 – For surely, I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope. There was a career woman who was at a crossroad. Her career was going great but there was something bothering her heart. She felt that the Lord was leading her toward another career path. Reverence started to come upon her. That’s because the calling she thought she heard the was the Voice of Real Reason.
This new calling was unknown and foreign to her, so she started “looking back” over her endeavors, some that were her present focus and some that were laid to rest. This was a big internal shift for her and she felt the Lord presenting to her an opportunity that was once a vision, one that the Lord laid to rest.
Now, most people don’t get an opportunity to glimpse into the future actually only those favored by God get that blessing. The Lord had given her a glimpse into her future and had even blessed her with a few of the joys He has in store for her.
But, what she didn’t comprehend is that the enemy had snuck in and apprehended her mindset with his ventriloquism and presented her an image of past activities that God has laid to rest . She just knew that it was the Lord speaking to her. So, she said yes, believing it to be God speaking to her.Beloved, many of us have fallen to the disguised voice of the enemy. There was nothing wrong with her believing and trusting God. We all know that God knows best. But we also must listen to the voice of “Real Reason” then decipher our personal desires along with the ventriloquism of the enemy. We must stay focused on how God reacts and render His decision(s) in certain situations we have encountered in order to recognize the REAL from the deceptive. There’ll be times in our lives that the plans of God are the exact opposite of what we have planned or desire for ourselves. Fear and uncertainty might overpower our hearts but we have to cling to God’s truth that His plans are always better than ours. We might not fully understand it right now. We might not be able to see how things will turnout, but we must remind ourselves that His plans are always good. He knows what’s best for us and “His plans” will definitely bring hope to our future.
Beloved if God has laid your previous plan(s) to rest then trust the voice of Real focused on the voice of Real Reason. He has something much better in His store house waiting to be personally delivered to you – but you must have faith in His process.
CHOF Ministry Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father, this morning I surrender all my plans to You. I pray that whenever things happen the way I didn’t plan it to or the way I think it should be, my heart (mind and emotions) will always trust You even though I don’t understand Your ways. In Jesus’ Mighty Name I Pray, Amen and Amen. -
” God Still Calls”
You know Beloved, we’ve all wrestled with something, though it may not be the same type of encounter. My struggles may not be yours. If I’m wrestling with something that’s not a problem to you, you don’t have the responsibility for judging me when all the while you’re wrestling with something equally as incriminating.Beloved, regardless of what a person has done, or what kind of abuse one has suffered. GOD STILLS CALLS!!! You can rest assured that He knows all about our secretes, and still draws us with an indisputable call. No matter how difficult life seem, people with a past need to make their way to Jesus.Regardless of the obstacles within and without, they must reach Him. You may have a baby out of wedlock cradled in your arms but keep pressing on. You may have been abused and molested and never able to talk to anyone about it, but don’t cease reaching out for Him. You may be on drugs and feel you’re hopeless, keep fighting courageously and don’t give up hope.
Beloved, you don’t have to tell everyone your entire history. He knows your history, but He called you anyway.
