  • Genuine Integrity

Beloved, the most exceptional integrity shown by any man or woman is when their truth demonstrates that their freedom from the system of racism. They don’t care what color people are, what their religion is, or what their affluence or influential status is. Their system’s only care is whether they can produce joy, happiness, and tranquility. When recognized, it’s a procedure that enables people who despise one another to reach an agreement and support one another.

  • “The Truth Will Shield You”

Monday 8 26 2019 Let Us Pray Ephesians 6 14Praise the Lord Believers in the Christian faith.
Happy Monday to each of you.

Beloved, one of the most vital parts of the armor of God is the belt of truth. Its importance lies in its key function – to secure or attach. Without the truth, things slip into disorder or confusion. There would be misconceptions, misunderstanding; wrong viewpoints, the wrong perceptions eventually leading to bad choices. It’s the truth that clears up misunderstandings and uncertainties. That’s why the truth has led us to salvation and freedom according to what Jesus says in John 8:32. This morning’s verse tells us that we should fasten the belt of truth. It means that we should allow it to stick to us. Beloved, let’s not allow ourselves to be deceived by false teachings and beliefs. The Bible is the source of truth that we must learn from as well as God’s Church/ministry so that we have a direction to distinguish the lies from the truth. The truth permits us to draw closer to God. Amen? 😀 Aaamen. 😀

Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind will be permitted to enter our room and blow out our earthly light. So today, reach out and touch someone and tell them you love them, BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE TOO LATE – I LOVE YOU ALL!!! Have an Exciting Monday.

  • “No Addition No Reduction”

Bishop W Houston's Full Purple Picture Sunday Morning No Addition No Reduction
Good Morning and Happy Sunday to you.

This morning I woke up asking the Lord, how can I become objectively satisfied with who I am without adding and reducing myself?

Unquestionably I’m susceptible to want to add, or reduce to who I am. To be keener, refined outer appearance, amusing, acceptable. Become more prolific, better-off and add higher dynamism. And then also to be low key, tranquil, level-headed and attentive.

I want to have improved self-awareness, and yet I want to reduce my concerns about what others think of me.

I want to be a better barbecue (pit) master, add more music abilities, and to keep my garage, man-cave/studio neat without exerting a bunch of energy. And I must add remove the balding and adding hair would be nice. 😀

I want to be a much better writer, one that’s both extremely creative and methodically organized. And I want reduced propensities that causes me to be late, compromise or postpone.

Yes, I want to add more of myself and reduce more of me.

Beloved, Jesus quiets my limitless listing of the things I want to transform or expand myself into. Things I’m confident would give me a better life. He asks me instead to humbly make peace with it all. To lay down my philosophies and concept in other words “my way of thinking” of a better man and life by letting Him be the judge of that. To just take what I’m given and offer it back to Him, in submission and service.

This morning’s Sunday Bible verse I posted Matthew 5:5 on several social media sites, it’s among many in the Bible that energies one of my principal opinions: When I stop the motives to produce a life for myself, I find the life God produces for me. This is a prevailing truth, with an irrefutable pleasing surreptitious mystery. 😀

His life for me begins exactly where mine ends. My life ends in my sin and self-motivation and begins again in God’s grace and power.

His empowering indwelling affords me everything I truly need and nothing I truly don’t.

Beloved, if you too desire to be satisfied with who you are in Christ – no addition no reduction, I want you to know that Jesus addresses us both in Matthew 23:11-12. I’m telling you Beloved, if you want to stand out, you must step down and become God’s assistant. If you exalt yourself, you’ll get cut down. But if you’re satisfied to simply be yourself, your life will add up to plenty”

Amazingly, God’s grace humbles a man without humiliating him, and His favor revitalizes (exalt) him without inflating him. The life he finds in Him makes him the proud owner of everything money can’t buy. As Jesus put it in Matthew 5:5, “the whole earth.” What he gets with humbleness is a life of contentment. No addition. No reduction. “
    Amen? Aaamen. 😀

Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind will be permitted to enter our room and blow out our earthly light. So today, reach out and touch someone and tell them you love them,
BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE – TOO LATE.

    I LOVE YOU ALL!!!
Have a blessed Sunday Everyone. 😀
  • “THERE IS SO MUCH IMMORALITY IN THE WORLD – WHY?”

THERE IS SO MUCH IMMORALITY IN THE WORLD web title picture

    Here Is Today’s Question

    Glogus Utilly asked:

Bishop Houston, our world is filled with so much violence and many crooked people. I want to believe God exist, but it is hard for me to be a believer when there is so much immoral behavior and twisted minds. Can you explain to me why is God letting this happen if He exist?
    (Glogus Utilly)

Thank you for your question Glogus Utilly.

    Answer:

You know, this is a tough and awkward question that I’m sure many people are wanting an answer for. Well, the most unpretentious way to look at this question is to inspect God’s nature and His desire for the creative human.

So, let’s look at God’s reason.
God loves us and wants us to love Him back. So, how could we love Him back unless we have the liberty to not love?

Sure, God could have created us to be like machines who don’t do anything but say, “I love you. I love you. I love you.” But that would be forceful and not real love or in other the words the love God has created.

    Love is an action word

Glogus love is an action word so that makes love a choice. So, if you have a choice you must be able to choose not to love and that in itself is the nature of immoral behavior and twisted minds. You see, a malicious mind chooses not to love. So, when God gave us the freedom to choose, He gave us not only our greatest blessing, but He also gave us our greatest curse because we can choose to do right or choose to do wrong.

Restitution Of Sexual Immorality In The Church

So, the reason there’s so much unrest, immorality and many twisted minds in the world isn’t because of God, but because God gave us the freedom to choose.

Now the possibility for love outweighs the existence of depravity because unrest, immorality, and twisted minds will only exist for a short time, but love is going to go on forever. All of the misery, sadness, and death that we see in the world today are a result that man/women have selected by making wrong choices.

    bad character choices
Glogus, God could have taken our freedom, but He didn’t. I hope you’ll use your freedom to become a believer and choose God.

Thank you for your question Glogus Utilly.
