  • “Keeping a Strong and Clear Outlook”

    5 17 2020 Week 3 and 4 CHOF Bible Fellowship 's Keeping a Strong and Clear Outlook
All through Ephesians chapter 1, Paul is undoubtedly hit with the brilliance of our birthright in Christ. In our focal verse this morning, we see he prays that we’ll know the resources of its glory. According to Ephesians 1:14, some commentators perceive “His inheritance” as an orientation to believers, who are God’s inheritance or in distinct proprietorship. That interpretation weighs heavily on the value God places on us as believers, as demonstrated in Christ’s death, the forgiveness of our sins, and the abundant grace that He lavishes on us (*1.).

Others understand it by referencing it to the believer’s inheritance, which Paul calls “His inheritance” because God is its source. Just as “His calling” (Ephesians 1:18) issued from Him and was received by believers, so His inheritance issues from Him.
Beloved, both opinions are theologically sound, but the second view seems more reliable with Paul’s emphasis in verses 11 and 14. It doesn’t make a difference which view is favored, Paul’s point is strong and transparent: reclamation and its complementary blessings are so philosophical that we must have supernatural help to comprehend them. That’s why in Ephesians 1:18, he prayed for our insight.
Beloved, insight is vital because how you look at your spiritual possessions is the way you’ll take your spiritual prescriptions to live. If, for example, you comprehend “and appreciate” that you have every source for godly living (*2.), you’re less likely to surrender to enticement. Knowing God has given you His absolute best in Christ (*3.) guarantees you that He won’t hold back less essential things so that you won’t be so apprehensive about earthly requirements. Understanding that you have already received “grace upon grace – John 1:16″, abundant life – John 10:10”, and “everything about life and godliness” – 2 Pet. 1:3″ assures you that God’s forthcoming modification and resources will be more than necessary (*4).
Beloved, let this morning’s words inspire you to praise your prosperous and glorious God for His spiritual affluence and magnificent inheritance!!! Amen? Aaamen.
    Let Us Pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, this morning I want to say thank You for allowing me to be Your child. In Jesus’ Name, I Pray, Amen, and Aaamen.✝️❤️
Beloved, most of our States are opening back up, but the Coronavirus, COVID – 19 is still Present. Let us all remember to continue to wash our hands, wear our mask to protect others from us and us from them while we’re out and stay in compliance with social distancing. ✝️❤️😊
To God Be the Glory. Have a Blessed Sunday, Everyone. ✝️❤️😊

  • “Understanding and Welcoming God’s Contributions”

5 3 2020 week 1 2 CHOF BF Sunday Morning Word Matt 6 11You know, Beloved, God has provided us with everything good to enjoy. Things like the rain that helps make creative ideas develop, natural resources that contribute to supporting productivity, mammals, fowls, and plants, for food and clothing, and power for manufacturing and transportation and during this Coronavirus – COVID-19 pandemic, stimulus money to survive. Everything we have is from Him, and we should be appreciative of it all.

In Matt. 7:11, Jesus said, “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him!” James 1:17 says, “Every good thing bestowed, and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation, or shifting shadow.” In 1 Timothy 4:4-5, Paul added, “Everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with gratitude; for it is sanctified by means of the word of God and prayer.”

It’s sad, nonbelievers don’t believe in nor acknowledge God’s kindness, even though they profit from it every day. They attach His advantageous attention to coincidence or destiny and His generous obligations to the environment or deceptive gods. They don’t respect Him as God or give Him thanks (*1.)

Beloved every one of us, get blessings from God Daily. But if you look at our society today (and you don’t have to look far), it’s not difficult to see the repulsive rudeness of men and women who distributes immorally against their Provider!!! God supports and develops them, and they arrogantly stand-up against Him; He gives them food to eat, and they insult Him.

This is disgraceful!!! There are so many people that are ashamed to be associated with God, other Christians, or Christians that aren’t in a particular clique. But you know what’s even sadder God is only recognized and called a friend when there’s a need for money or desired relief. His Name is called without shame until their desire is provided for, then they go right back to betraying Him and harming and wounding those He dispatches. This is how unappreciative immoral people reimburse God. They not only ignore his generous blessings; they also misuse and mistreat them. Jeremiah 5:7 (AMP) says: “When I had fed them until they were full [and bound them to Me by a promise], They committed [spiritual] adultery, Assembling in troops at the houses of prostitutes (idols).” Beloved, it’s appalling to sin against a magnanimous God!!! It’s terrible to attack or walk away from the hands that alleviate us.

It’s heartbreaking to see so many that lack appreciation for God. But on the other hand, it’s inspiring to know that the limitless God loves and cares for us and distributes our every need.
    |
Beloved, don’t ever take His requirements for granted!!! Look to Him daily and obtain His contributions with an appreciative attitude. Amen? Aaamen.

    Let Us Pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for the abundant blessings You’ve supplied in my life. Thank You for sending the right people into my life at the perfect time. Thank You for refocusing my spiritual eyes and ears. Today I can see, hear, and acknowledge the things that morally line up and release the ideas, issues, and objects that once controlled me. Lord, it feels AWESOME to be liberated and to have unlimited spiritual liberty to live. In Jesus’ Name, I Pray, Amen, and Aaamen.
    ✝️❤️

To God Be The Glory. Have a Blessed First Sunday, Everyone. ✝️❤️😊

Let us all remember to wash our hands and continue to stay in compliance with social distancing. ✝️❤️😊

  • “Understanding The Profound Relationship”

    11 11 2019 Hebrews 10 24 thru 25
Praise The Lord Beloved. Wishing a blessed Monday to everyone.

You know Beloved, there are many of you like myself that have found out that trials in life traumatize our hearts, causing us to close ourselves off to profound significant family relationships and friendships. Have you ever had someone try to provide, connect, or genuinely care for you and it frightened you? Why did it scare you? Many of us are afraid to open our hearts to re-open family relationships or new/old friendships because we’re afraid we’ll be hurt again. We’ve been created for close relationships and to be devoted to fellowship (*1). God has created us to connect with each other, to sharpen each other, and to grow with each other (*2). God also desires to have a close intimate relationship with us. To know Him, to understand He’s good, and to know He has a plan for our lives.

Beloved, today and throughout the rest of the week reflect on your heart and ask God to mend the wounds and traumas that are there so you can develop meaningful relationships with God and other Believers. Amen? Aaamen. ✝️❤️😊

    Let Us Pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, this morning we pray that You would tenderly allow our past hurts to reappear and heal them with Your unconditional and comforting love. Father God guide us in the relationship and friendship You have blessed us with and enable us to re-open or choose new ones wisely. Open our hearts up to affection with You and others. Though this can be difficult, we pray that we continually turn our hearts to You. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen and Amen. ✝️

Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind may enter our earthly room and blow out our candle. So today, reach out and touch someone and tell them you love them, BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE – TOO LATE. I LOVE YOU ALL!!! – Have a GREAT Monday and a wonderful week everyone.

  • “We Are Responsible”

    8 27 2019 Ezra 10 10 12
Praise the Lord Believers in the Christian faith.

When the priest Ezra heard how the rest of God’s people had broken God’s law by marrying the women of the land, he tore his robes and cried like a newborn baby and fasted. The people followed his lead and felt guilty about their sin. It was the people who encouraged him to tell them what to do to set things right with God. Ezra replied with the verses on this morning’s picture marquee – “…make confession to the Lord God of your fathers and do His will. Separate yourselves from the peoples of the land and from [your] foreign wives.”

Beloved, there are many of us who don’t live in Israel and never prohibited to marry a certain group of people, but the principle remains the same. That’s why the Apostle Paul told us not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. That could apply to marriage or business. You see, when we recognize we’re with people of evil practices, we shouldn’t commit ourselves to any type of cohesive endeavor with them. How Can Two Walk Together Except They Be Agreed?

Now there’s also a deeper principle. WHAT FELLOWSHIP DOES LIGHT HAVE WITH DARKNESS? If we’re walking in the light, we’ll be disgusted (nauseated) by the sin and have a desire to show them the way to be freed from its bondage. There are some Christians that will play on the edge of the cliff of sin because the allurement is attractive to them. In other words, THEY THINK IT’S A GAME!!! They’ll create a line where there’s a danger of being caught by sin then try to stay far enough behind the line without being caught.” Beloved, let me ask you this question: Would you walk along the very edge of a cliff? It’s that simple.

In this final chapter of Ezra, the men sent their foreign wives and children away. Now, that seems very harsh of God, but the situation existed because of disobedience to God. It was the only thing to do. Not dealing with the issue had caused the downfall of Israel in the past. Beloved, it’s imperative that we cut off from our lives the thing that’s enticing us to sin and send it away from our lives if we’re going to go on with God.

    CHOF Ministry’s Mid-Week Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father, this morning I confess my sins to You, the ones I am aware of, the ones that I’ve not asked you for forgiveness, and the ones of my past. As I continue to do what you ask and instruct me to do, I will continue to strive all day every day to separate myself from the sins that attempt to separate me from Your blessings. In Jesus’ Name, I Pray Amen Aaamen.

Beloved, life is very short. It comes and goes like an unannounced gust of wind. None of us know the hour or day when that gust of wind will be permitted to enter our room and blow out our earthly light. So today, reach out and touch someone and tell them you love them, BECAUSE TELLING THEM LATER JUST MIGHT BE TOO LATE. I LOVE YOU ALL!!! Have a Pleasant Wednesday.

  • “The Proper Concentration During Rough Times”

The Proper ConcentrationFocal Scripture: Philippians 1:12-20

Praise, the Lord Beloved, Happy Wednesday to you.
Welcome to CHOF Bible Fellowship Mid-Week Word.

Beloved, Paul didn’t look at himself as a victim. Regardless of the tremendous corporeal punishment he was enduring and emotional turmoil, he believed he was under God’s sovereign hand. So instead of growing angry and walking away from the faith, the apostle turned to the Lord and continued to mature spiritually.

You know, we can learn much from Paul. He was determined to focus on God’s sovereignty rather than his own will. It’s easy to be hostile, angry, MAD, over the disorder “CONFUSION” that another person has caused in our lives. But, the minute we start thinking that our enemies are in control, we’re defeated. The Bible says in Psalm 103:19 that God “has established His throne in the heavens, and His sovereignty rules over all”. He’s in complete control. We may not understand His reasons for permitting hardship or pain in our lives, but His plan is always for our good and His glory (Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT) says: “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope”.

Furthermore Beloved, believers can learn from Paul’s commitment to focus on positive results rather than on personal agony, distress or pain. Pain, whether in the body or in our mind, often absorbs all of a person’s attention. But, there’s no victory to be had when we dwell on our hurts. God has a plan for that anguish, torment and pain. And Paul is a good example. He rejoiced when the gospel spread to the Praetorian Guard “his jailers”.

Beloved, as I end this morning’s Wednesday word to you, I leave you with this: difficult circumstances are crossroads in the believer’s life. If you take the path of blaming God for your strife, you’ll be dealing with resentment (anger, bitterness, hatred) and negativity. But if you focus on our heavenly Father’s love and provision, you’ll find trust, belief, confidence in other word “OPTIMISM” as you pursue the plans God has for you.

Beloved God’s way is the best way when you are going through rough times.

    Have a blessed Wednesday Everyone.

  • “A Confident Message”

    Border Preaching and teaching
Praise the Lord Beloved!!! Welcome to Wednesday’s CHOF Bible Fellowship Bible Study.
Our focal CHOF Bible Fellowship verse this morning comes from 1 Kings 17:1 (NLT)

Our focal verse reads this way:
    (17) Now Elijah, who was from Tishbe in Gilead, told King Ahab, “As surely as the Lord, the God of Israel, lives—the God I serve—there will be no dew or rain during the next few years until I give the word!”

Beloved, we find King Ahab’s first thought after encountering the prophet Elijah may well have been: “WHAT!!! This dude got some kind of nerve!!! Just who does this dude think he is? Blasting onto the scene out of nowhere, Elijah challenged Israel’s evil king with a message that would soon disturb life throughout the whole region.

  • “God’s Plan Blesses You”

    Bishop W. F. Houston, Jr. Ministry logo2 Transparient2 Nativity

Praise the Lord Beloved!!! Welcome to Wednesday’s CHOF Bible Fellowship.

Our focal CHOF Bible Fellowship verse this morning comes from 2 Timothy 1:9 (NLT) and it reads:
    (9) For God saved us and called us to live a holy life. He did this, not because we deserved it, but because that was his plan from before the beginning of time – to show us his grace through Christ Jesus.

Beloved, if you’re talented, you may feel comfortable taking your talents into a nonspiritual or materialistic field. You see, talent, like justice, is visionless, it’ll seek all opportunities the same. But when you’re familiar with divine purpose, there are just some things that will not do because, they’ll defeat the purpose of God in your life!!! Being called according to purpose enables you to focus on the development of your talent as it relates to your purpose!!!

You see, whenever we bring our efforts into alignment with His purpose, we automatically are blessed. Our efforts must be tailored after the purpose of divine purpose. Everyone is already blessed. We often spend hours in prayer trying to convince God that He should bless what we’re trying to accomplish. Beloved, what we need to do is spend hours in prayer for God to disclose His resolution. When we do what God has ordain to be done we’re blessed because God’s plan is already blessed.

Beloved, God’s plan was designed with you in mind.

Have a Blessed Wednesday Everyone. 😀
