Praise The Lord Everybody!!! God has blessed us to see another Sunday with you.Let us all remember to wash our hands and continue to stay in compliance with social distancing. ✝️❤️😊Beloved, Satan aspires to minimize or make Christians feel less sensitive to the wickedness of sin. He wants you to stop grieving or being sad over sin and start rejoicing when encountering Immorality. Just because you deem yourself a Christian doesn’t remove you from Satan’s ambitions. Many Christians once believed they were excluded because of their faith in Christ. They became a victim to his power because they lost focus. And let me warn you-it usually doesn’t occur all at once. The method can be gradual and imperceivable— almost unnoticeable. But the results are very tragic.First, you must always stay alert, looking for the possibilities of sin and on guard to defend yourself from negotiating. You have to be mindful of your sin. In Psalm 51:3, David said, “My sin is always before me.” In Isaiah 6:5, Isaiah cried out, “Woe is me! For I am ruined, Because I am a man of [ceremonially] unclean lips, And I live among a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.” In Luke 5:8, Peter said to Jesus, “Go away from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord!” In I, Timothy 1:15, Paul called himself the chief of sinners as you can see, each man shared a reciprocated recognition of their Immorality, and it led them to God for forgiveness and cleansing.Second, you “must” remember the importance of the cross. You see, if you permit a form of Immorality to create in your life, it will expand, which will cause you to forget the massive price Christ paid to exempt you from its repression.Third, comprehend the impact sin has on others. In Psalm 119:136, the psalmist said, “My eyes weep streams of water because people do not keep Your law.” In Matt. 23:37 Jesus grieved over Jerusalem, saying, O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who murders the prophets and stones [to death] those [messengers] who are sent to her [by God]! How often I wanted to gather your children together [around Me], as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were unwilling.” Your heart should hurt for those confined to Immorality.Beloved Immorality is a severe issue with God. He never has a twinkle in His eyes for Immorality nor takes it lightly.Lastly, reject anything that impedes your understanding about sin, things like intentionally sinning, denying God’s forgiveness, being arrogant, taking credit for God’s grace, or taking sin casually. These kinds of things will immediately dim your spiritual senses and give Satan the chance to lead you into a more significant infraction. ✝️❤️Let Us Pray:Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing relief and joy to those who express grief over their Immorality. Father God, please guard my heart against anything that will weaken my compassion and understanding of the misery of Immorality. In Jesus’ Name, I Pray, Amen, and Aaamen. ✝️❤️To God Be The Glory. “Following Brilliance”
You know, to me, the precise picture of how many people live today is they have no control don’t want guidance in their life, but they want to get there and get there fast!!!Beloved, in a world of triviality, inconsistency, and anarchy, God calls you to brilliance and wisdom.We as Christians are to be dissimilar “unique” because we have divine leadership and perpetual aspirations. Our lives are to be observed as positive confidence in God and pursuit of spiritual brilliance.Now allow me to turn down the word “brilliance and inject the word excellence to correlate with this morning’s focal Bible verse. The term “Excellent” in Philippians 1:10 articulates questions, issues, and concepts that are sensible, consequential, and essential. Endorsing what’s excellent (brilliant) implies to examining things as one would test drive a beautiful automobile to determine its performance and significance. It extends beyond understanding good quality from evil intent. It differentiates superior quality and sound quality; it requires biblical philosophy, synergy, and centralizing your timetable and vitality on what matters. It requires developing spiritual self-control and not being manipulated by your emotions, impulses, attitudes, or positions.You know many companies and enterprises have embraced the slogan, “Commitment to Excellence” to express their need to support their most exceptional product or service possible. If secular-minded people strive for a degree of accomplishment – how much more should Christians pursue brilliance “excellence” for the glory of God!!!Beloved as we continue to practice social distancing and have this downtime now is a great time to explore where you’re at in your life. Is your life loaded with godly love, wisdom, and the quest for brilliance “excellence”— or has carnal frivolities crowded out those virtues? Amen? “Probing For Spiritual Answers”
Praise The Lord Beloved!!! ✝️❤️😊This Morning’s Question is:Bishop Houston, I attend a church that teaches drinking alcohol of any kind at any time is sinful. I’m Christian, but I also drink a couple of beers on my off days and a rum and coke on select days. Can you tell me if it’s Ok for me to drink?Thank you for this excellent question. 😊Answer:I’ll start by saying the Bible is a bit indecisive and really unclear when it comes to drinking alcohol, it see-saws with a blessing from God that brings happiness on one end and a possible hazard that can result in irresponsible decision making and immoral behavior when misused on the other end of the see-saw. At the age of 30, Jesus’ first attributed miracle was at a wedding feast in Cana where He turned 6 full containers of “twenty to thirty gallons of water each into wine” (*1.). Proverbs 23 says, don’t drink much and get drunk (*2).Beloved, it’s the misuse of alcohol that’s bad. The Bible illustrates to us often about the hazards of alcohol and the complications that lie ahead for the ones who develop an obsession for it. Some people can’t handle drinking (I’m one of those people – I no longer drink any kind of alcohol).The misuse of alcohol creates frustration, illness, fatalities, and annihilates marriages and other relationships. Ephesians 5 says don’t drink too much, in other words, get drunk because it will ruin your life (*3.). Now, if you’re one that can drink alcohol without abusing it, I applaud you!!! But ask yourself, how does it impact others that may look up to you? What powerful or important message are you illustrating? You see, even though a person might not ever misuse alcohol, his or her use of it could cause a brother or sister in Christ to get involved in drinking and because their tolerance is weaker than yours they become a victim to addiction – this is now a Christian tragedy that could possibly become a fatality. In 1 Corinthians 10:31, the Apostle Paul told the Church: “So it doesn’t matter what you eat or drink, or anything you do, do it all for the glory of God.”Beloved, we have an obligation, as supporters in the Christian faith, to be examples of godly conduct and moral living. This is a personal decision. It’s your decision whether or not to refrain from drinking alcohol. That’s a personal decision that you must allow the Lord to lead you. “Craving for Spiritual Nourishment”

Back in July 2019, a newborn was found wrapped in a T-shirt on the stoop of an apartment. The mother had left it there. The baby was close to death when someone heard its muffled cry and called medical help. The child lived, but not until it had received the care and nutrition it needed.
Beloved, that situation has a spiritual similarity, which Peter used to demonstrate the believer’s reliance on God’s Word. When a baby’s sustenance isn’t properly provided, it’ll quickly die. Comparably, if a Christian doesn’t consume the Word, he or she will deteriorate spiritually and become unproductive for the Lord. On the optimistic side, a believer should crave God’s Word as attentively as a newborn baby longs for its mother’s milk.You’ll find Scriptures that parallel the parent/child allegory in other ways, referring to Christians as being born again (*1), children of God (*2), and adopted sons (*3). Just as it’s instinctive for biological children to grow and mature, Christians also have the capability for spiritual growth. In actuality, we’re instructed to “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” (*4).
Beloved the Word of God is the lifeblood of your spiritual diet. It’s your most important supplier of nourishment. Paul said, “As you . . . have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, having been firmly rooted and now being built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed” (*5). “YOUR FAITH” in that perspective describes the content of Christianity—the dogmas of Scripture. As your understanding and usage of biblical principles improve, you’ll become more and more prepared in truth and persistent in Christ. ✝️❤️😊

Can you tell me if a Christian can get a divorce?😊Answer: This is a great question. 😊 Thank you for asking.There are lots of scripture that speaks on marriage and divorce in the Old and New Testament of the Bible. First, I want it to be clear that it’s important to know that God despises divorce-He hates separation. (*1). And even though we can’t say it’s constantly right or wrong for a Christian to want to get a divorce, or for a divorced Christian to marry again, what we can say is divorce is clearly an extremely unwelcome event.I’m a product of divorced parents and I’ve been divorced, and I can tell you from experience that there’s pain that comes with fractured relationships and there’s a lot of tension divorce puts on family members—and it becomes more complicated when children have been born during the relationship. Everyone is affected by a divorce. The action of marriage realistically unites two people as one flesh. Divorce separates and ends the chapter and the book of this new life that was established.The Law of Moses tackled the issue of divorce head-on with detailed guidelines. But when Jesus came, He established a new directive that has an even higher requirement. We’re no longer under the law of Moses, we’re now governed by the law of love. Jesus says in John 13:34 (AMP) “I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, so you too are to love one another.”Beloved this rule is for “EVERY” situation: Romans 13:8, and verse 10 (NLT)says: 8 Owe nothing to anyone—except for your obligation to love one another. If you love your neighbor, you will fulfill the requirements of God’s law – and verses 10 says: Love does no wrong to others, so love fulfills the requirements of God’s law. Galatians 5:14 (AMP) says: For the whole Law [concerning human relationships] is fulfilled in one precept, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself [that is, you shall have an unselfish concern for others and do things for their benefit].” Galatians 6:2 (AMP) says: Carry one another burdens and in this way, you will fulfill the requirements of the law of Christ [that is, the law of Christian love]. James 2:8 (NCV) says 8 This royal law is found in the Scriptures: “Love your neighbor as you love yourself.” If you obey this law, you are doing right.So, when both partners enter the union of marriage makes every effort to walk in the love of God, their marriage will never fail. Now, if a believer is in a marriage in which this isn’t the case, he or she should seek the Lord for advice and permit the Holy Spirit to direct him or her in the direction of the truth (*3). Now I want to make it understood right that divorce is still not the best choice. The Lord may direct the person in several ways. Only he or she and God know if divorce is a choice.Beloved, divorce is certainly not God’s good quality. But it’s also not the conclusion of a successful Christian life. As believers, we can anticipate to be led by the Spirit of God and know that He neither brings condemnation against us (Romans 8:1 (NLT) – So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.) nor eliminates anyone from a unique place in His plan (Romans 11:29 (NLT) – For God’s gifts and his call can never be withdrawn.) It’s only through Him, the divorced man or woman can walk in victory and achieve everything God has called them to accomplish!!!Beloved, there’s no explicit biblical law for the Christian concerning divorce, other than they follow the law of love. The same law of love is valid when it comes to remarriage. The decision to remarry should be centered on the love of God and not on egotistical or materialistic desires. If a believer does get a divorce and he or she feels they’re genuinely prepared to move into a new union of marriage with another believer, he or she should do so with confidence that the Lord will bless that union. Bear In Mind, in Christ all things become new – 2 Corinthians 5:17 says: This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! Amen? Praise The Lord Beloved!!! ✝️❤️😊This Mornings Question is:Bishop Houston, is there a special way Christians will be judged by God on Judgement Day?Answer:This is a great question and thanks for asking!!! 😊Beloved, Jesus has already forgiven us of our sins when He went to the cross. When Judgement Day arrives, we’ll be evaluated and compensated for our moral actions, not for our transgressions. Now, don’t get me wrong here, I’m not saying sin doesn’t have an impact on us. While we’re here on earth when we sin, we give Satan the power (authorization) to open the door walk in and locate and attack us where we’re Spiritually weak, Spiritually uncovered, or Spiritually abandoned. In other words, when we don’t walk by faith, we’re saying to Satan: “Welcome Satan!!! Come right on in and destroy my life.” Romans 14:23 (AMP) says: “But he who is uncertain [about eating a particular thing] is condemned if he eats because he is not acting from faith. Whatever is not from faith is sin [whatever is done with doubt is sinful].” So, you see Beloved, it’s through sin we detach ourselves from God’s security.First John 1:9 (NLT) says: “But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.” Forgiveness our pardon!!! 😊 It releases us and eradicates Satan’s legitimate right to our life. So, on Judgment Day, Christians will be evaluated by the works they did during their lifetime. We’ll be joyfully compensated according to what we’ve done. 2 Corinthians 5:10 (NLT) says: “For we must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in this earthly body.” 2 Timothy 4:8 (NLT) says: “And now the prize awaits me—the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me on the day of his return. And the prize is not just for me but for all who eagerly look forward to his appearing.” 1 Peter 5:4 (NLT) says: “And when the Great Shepherd appears, you will receive a crown of never-ending glory and honor.” Revelation 11:18 (NLT) says: “The nations were filled with wrath, but now the time of your wrath has come. It is time to judge the dead and reward your servants the prophets, as well as your holy people, and all who fear your name, from the least to the greatest. It is time to destroy all who have caused destruction on the earth.” And Revelation 22:12 NLT says: “Look, I am coming soon, bringing my reward with me to repay all people according to their deeds.”I strongly recommend reading 1 Corinthians 3 and Romans 14. Praise The Lord Beloved!!! ✝️❤️😊This Morning’s Question is:Bishop Houston, has God predetermined who can and cannot be Christians?Answer:This is a great question!!! 😊Beloved, there’s been a lot of debate and questions about salvation alternatives, salvation accessibility and who can and cannot receive redemption, and if it’s only preserved for a particular group of selected people whom God has already chosen to be born again. These dialogues are generally described as the “predestination.” conversations. But the answer is simple and can be found in Acts 2:21: “Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.”It’s God’s will for everyone to be rescued and removed from the danger of sin and it’s His desire that everyone get the spiritual knowledge to comprehend the truth. God seriously desires to fellowship with every person, and He wants everyone to mirror the same serious love and desire to fellowship with Him. God gave us the freedom to make our own decision to fellowship with Him. He did that because He wanted us to choose a relationship with Him on our own free will not because we’re forced.Now, the Bible does speak of the intelligent foresight of God in reference to salvation. 2 Corinthians 5:18-20, Romans 5:9-10, and Colossians 1:20 describes to us that He sees ahead of time the need of a Savior to liberate mankind from sin. Through His intelligent foresight, God made provision for us to be put back into the right relationship with Him through the blood of Jesus.Beloved, God’s compassion, assurances, and requirements, as well as the admonitions of reprimand, are universal to all mankind. No single individual is preferred, nominated, no paranormal event, or ordination to be saved or lost without the responsibility of his or her personal choice being considered.God isn’t a respecter of persons. Peter tells us this in Acts 10:34-35 (AMP): *34 Opening his mouth, Peter said: “Most certainly I understand now that God is not one to show partiality [to people as though Gentiles were excluded from God’s blessing], *35 but in every nation, the person who fears God and does what is right [by seeking Him] is acceptable and welcomed by Him.”God left the choice of men and women’s fate up to them. Joshua 24:15 (AMP) says to us: *15 “If it is unacceptable in your sight to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you live; but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”Beloved, God coordinates each of our lives to help us make the right choices, but at the end of the day, the choice is ours. “Becoming The Valiant Christian”
Praise the Lord Beloved. It’s Friday!!! Let us rejoice and thank God for allowing us this opportunity to open up another morning.You know Beloved, there are few things today that are as valuable as prudently selected words. Today we live in an environment where detractors and challengers are looking for reasons or justifications to be offended or upset. Today intrepid dialogue and pure, strong, and vibrant language has progressively evaporated.But you know, this is nothing new to God’s people. God’s people aren’t protected from the trend of enforced interchange insolence. Many of us have felt the familiar pain of the injections from societal pressure that keeps us silent when we ought speak up, or round off our sharp edges of truth that cuts to the quick.There are many of you craving to be courageous, pure, strong, and vibrant communicators of God’s Word, that have been virtually shut down often causing you to fall short.Beloved, many of you (like myself) have been called to preach a gospel the world wants nothing to do with. We’ve been designated to be messengers of a message the world rejects and hates. At one time in my life I was constantly shut down, put down and repeatedly injected by enforced interchanged insolence. I prayed constantly asking God to help me cultivate the courage I needed to faithfully proclaim the truth and to fortify me against the societal, assembly – cliques and pressures that desires to keep me voiceless.Beloved, as Christians we can’t be afraid of offending the world with the truth. “BUT”, don’t mistake that as an open door for disagreements or cavalier incivility. It’s not the work of the gospel if you’re looking to pick a fight. Instead, like John said, we need to cultivate a high view of Scripture, and take our boldness from our conviction that God’s truth alone can rescue sinners and save souls.Beloved, this weekend, have confidence in the Word of God it’s the key to becoming the valiant Christian God desires us to be.Have an up-lifting Friday and a wonderful weekend. -
“Love Fulfills Jesus’ Regulations”
Happy Friday Everyone!!! 😀You know Beloved, I feel that the Israelites thought of the law in the Old Testament as a task that had to be done, and not as a result of what was inside their hearts. When Jesus Christ came to this earth, He made it clear in the New Testament that His law is all about love. He said: First, you love God with all your hearts, then you love others the way you love yourself.
You see, loving others encompasses helping them, guiding them, and even lovingly rebuking them if you have to. So, as Christians we must bear each other’s burdens according to the resources God has provided or provides us. Whatever complications, worries, or even immorality that your brother or sister in the Lord is struggling with, you as a Christian, along with other Believers in your village, should help reduce the load. The law of Christ isn’t just all about cautiously following the rules, working on the task, or getting lots of good ratings on what you did good, but it’s all about how we love one another.
So, this weekend Beloved fulfill Jesus’s regulations by showing your love for someone who needs your help or be lifted up from their burdens in life.
