“Nothing Can Get You Down!!!”
Bishop Houston’s “Expression for Today”Beloved,
have you ever seen a palm tree in the middle of a big storm? That tree may be bent so far over that it’s almost touching the ground, but when the wind finally stops, that palm tree bounces right back up. What’s interesting is that while that palm tree is hunched over under the pressure of the storm,
it’s actually growing stronger?
The reason God said we’d flourish like a palm tree is because He knew there would be difficult times. He knew things would come against us to try to steal our joy and victory. God said, “You’re going to be like a palm tree because when the storms of life blow, you are going to come right back up stronger than before.”
Nothing can keep you down!!!
No weapon formed against you will prosper.Beloved,
as you reflect on the events that has happen to you this year, remember, the storms you have encountered have only made you stronger.
You’re wiser, you’re more alive, and you’re headed for victory. You’re brightest days are right out in front of you!!! Always remember that with God on your side, nothing can keep you down!!!Have a blessed day everyone.

“Our Father’s Expectation”
Bishop Houston’s “Expression for Today”Praise the Lord Beloved!!!
Beloved, when you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, not only is your eternity secure, but you become a child of the Most High God. You instantly have an Everlasting Father!!!
Now think about that word everlasting. It means that before the beginning of time,
the Father was there. He was waiting for you to accept Him and become a child of His.I can only imagine that He was excited and expecting that day just like a father would expect the birth of his child in the natural. I can imagine that each day God would think, “Is it today?” I don’t know what your experience has been with your earthly father, but God is a good and perfect Father.
He loves you with an everlasting love. He loves everything about you so much that He notices when a single hair falls from your head. He accepts you just the way you are, and He loves you enough to guide you and work His character in you. And, He will be your Father from now until eternity!!!
He will never leave you nor forsake you!!!So today,
thank Him for being your Everlasting Father.Have a blessed day everyone.

You know in Ephesians 5:15-17 (NCV) the Word reads:
15 So be very careful how you live. Do not live like those who are not wise, but live wisely. 16 Use every chance you have for doing good, because these are evil times. 17 So do not be foolish but learn what the Lord wants you to do.Beloved,
time is a valuable commodity. Since it’s irreversible and irreplaceable, we ought to give careful consideration to how we spend our days and even our minutes. Time is a gift from God. That means we’re not owners but stewards and will one day be held accountable for how we used what was entrusted to us.
According to verse 15, there are only two possible ways to live: wisely or foolishly.Beloved,
to make the most of your opportunities, begin this weekend with the Lord, submitting to His will and asking that He direct your activities. After all, none of us want to get to heaven and discover that even though we’ve been busy spending our time, we have failed to invest it for eternity.From Lady Niecy and I,
