Living Intelligently of Irrationally
Beloved, today’s Bible fellowship message, we’ll be looking at 2 types of wisdom:
1- Godly Wisdom
2- Human Wisdom -
Does the Holy Spirit reveal the truth to us as Christians?

The answer is Yes!!!
Have you ever pondered which path you should or should not take?
No matter how appealing one path choice might be over another path choice; there is always a still voice on the inside telling us which path is the correct one to choose.
****That still voice on the inside is the Holy Spirit disclosing the truth to us; so that we can continually choose the right path to take.
In John 16:13 (AMP) 13 But when He, the Spirit of Truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth [full and complete truth]. For He will not speak on His own initiative, but He will speak whatever He hears [from the Father – the message regarding the Son], and He will disclose to you what is to come [in the future].
In John 14:26 (AMP) 26 But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you.
So in essence, the Holy Spirit dwells inside of us. Leading and guiding us to choose the correct paths in our Christian Walk to take. The Holy Spirit is that inner voice inside that we need to adhere to; in order to keep us from veering off the course and going down the wrong paths of life.God Bless you all,
Enjoy the rest of your week! -
“Remember Who Is Real”
Romans 1:20Praise the Lord Beloved.
You know Beloved, at times all of us get our Christian foundation shook by some type of adversity or situation which tries to shake our faith in God. But as real as the issue may seem God is “Real” and bigger than the adversity or situation.
There’s nothing too hard for God to repair. Just take all your cares to Him in prayer and then stand back and watch the salvation of the Lord.
Beloved, when adversities or situations make you question the “TRUTH – GOD”, and though we may not see Him physically you must remember “God Is Real” and He loves you completely.
Have a blessed Tuesday Everyone.

When We Don’t Comprehend Why” -
“If God is Love, Why Are We Told to Fear Him?”

Luke 1:50 (KJV)
50 And his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation.Praise the Lord Beloved.
Recently I was asked:
Bishop Houston, “If God is love, why are we told to fear Him?This is an awesome question.
Beloved,
First I want to say, there is no denying our God is awesome and powerful!!!Psalm 24:8 says, “Who is the King of glory?
The Lord, strong and mighty; the Lord, invincible in battle.”As most of us know, the wicked are terrified in God’s presence because meeting THE ALL POWERFUL ONE without Jesus is a scary experience.
But for a Christian, the situation is totally reversed. The thing we must understand is that God does not desire that we be filled with terror and fear at the thought of meeting Him.
In fact, Beloved, He sent his Son, Jesus, to die for us so that we wouldn’t have to.
Now, here’s God’s intent toward a Christian
Let’s look at what a few of the scriptures says:1 John 4:9, 15-18:
“God showed how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him.”
“…All who confess that Jesus is the Son of God have God living in them, and they live in God. We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in his love.”“God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them. And as we live in God, our love grows more perfect. So, we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world.”
“Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect loveBeloved, those scriptures simply remind us that the Lord God is worthy of our honor and respect. That doesn’t mean, it’s His desire that we be afraid of Him.
The Amplified Bible refers to the fear of the Lord as reverential awe.
Proverbs 15:33, (AMP) says:
“The reverent and worshipful fear of the Lord brings instruction in Wisdom, and humility comes before honor”.This reverential fear is full of respect and honor for the Lord. I encourage you to substitute the words honor and respect whenever you read a verse containing the phrase “fear the Lord.”
Beloved, I hope this will help you gain a deep understanding of the reverential fear of the Lord.

“There Is Nothing God Cannot Do”

Daniel 2:47 NLT
The king said to Daniel, “Truly, your God is the greatest of gods, the Lord over kings, a revealer of mysteries, for you have been able to reveal this secret.”Beloved,
the above account was the perspective of the wise, powerful and PAGAN king Nebuchadnezzar (once ruler of the world) about God.Beloved, we serve a Holy God, abounding in mercies, who’s the same yesterday, today and forever.
He’s the same God who addressed Nebuchadnezzar as “king Nebuchadnezzar”, humbled him in his pride and restored his kingdom to him. There’s nothing God cannot do.
Have a blessed Tuesday Everyone!!!
