Our Philosophical Term For Today: “Periballō” (περιβάλλω) (Greek) 🏛️
Meaning: “To throw around, to clothe with dignity, to invest with authority.” This profound Greek term describes more than just putting on clothing—it represents a complete transformation of status and identity. We see Periballō when Joseph exchanged prison rags for royal robes, when Mordecai received the king’s garments, and when the prodigal received his father’s best robe. Periballō teaches us that God doesn’t just forgive—He restores with honor.

Standing in prayer this morning, the Spirit revealed something powerful about Periballō. Like that prodigal son, many of us carry the invisible rags of our past mistakes. But our Father isn’t interested in keeping us clothed in shame—He’s passionate about restoring us to honor. The pig pen isn’t your permanent address; it’s just part of your testimony. 🤔

Beloved, your heavenly Father isn’t waiting to scold you—He’s running to restore you. Like a master tailor, He has a robe of honor already sized for your destiny. Your mistakes may have left some stains, but His mercy brings a complete wardrobe change. Today, it’s time to exchange those rags of regret for His robes of restoration. 🌈

Let Us Go Into The Throne Room of Grace and Mercy:

Heavenly Father 👑, thank You for Your restoring love. Help us receive Your robes of honor today. Let us walk in the dignity of our divine identity, not the shame of our past struggles. In Jesus’ mighty name, – To God Be The Glory. 🙏🏿
